Description of Work: I purchased a vacation home in Bradenton, FL. I found Smithy Services on Angie's list and called the owner, Peter K. He responded immediately and met me at my home right after I closed on the purchase. We walked through the list of things I needed repaired or replaced at the home, mostly things found during the buying inspection process. I had a long list of repairs, from replacing smoke detectors, replacing toilet flushing mechanisms, painting, leaking facets, etc. etc. etc. There was nothing this handyman couldn't do. I plan on using Smithy Services for the long term. I've given him a key to my house.

+ -1 more.Replaced defective toilet, and faucet, They came within 60minutes after the phone call, The charges were very fair. Also instlled several dimmers and ceiling fans. Neat workmanship, no mess.
Description of Work: Small household repairs( electrical,plumbing , locks), painting and all kind of handywork( installing new shelving in garage, install outside blinds.Last year we used them for a "housewatch", since we go back north for the summer, and were extremly pleased with the poffesional approach ( we got e/mail every week ) about the visit to the house.We are going to used them in future anytime. Very responsible Licensed Company with paying attention to details.
