Description of Work: Excellent customer service and outstanding quality work. I purchased a coupon via Angie's list for some minor drywall patchwork. Jeff and his team were prompt, respectful and cared about the work they did. Jeff also bent over backwards to complete the project for me and was more than accomodating to my schedule. He also left the work area cleaner than it was before he started the job. I am getting quotes for other jobs from Cleveland's Best Construction based on the quality work he provided.

Description of Work: I bought a Angie's list Big deal which was for 4 hours of plastering. After 3 hours, Jeff announced he was done, even though I told him when he originally came to look at the work that I could use up all his time fixing various cracks around the house. When he said he was done, I thought that I had used all the time designated. I then went to review my coupon and realized it was for 4 hours of work and he had only been at my house for 3 hours. After 3 hours, he did not ask if I needed anything more done and I was confused. I thought i had mistakenly thought it was for 4 hours. Also, while he was at my home, I heard him talking on his cell phone, so during that time he was not doing any work. I assume contractors use these coupons at a loss in hopes that the customer will call them again for another job. Although Jeff was polite, friendly and timely, I am disappointed. I do not feel comfortable calling him and asking him to call back because that would really make me feel uncomfortable.

Description of Work: Last year, they completed the renovation of my basement. After the carpet installation, there were two bi-fold doors that couldn't close properly. Jeff Cohen with Cleveland's Best without hesitation, came back and cut the doors so that they would open and close properly. My family really appreciated the responsiveness.
