Description of Work: Contractor installed laminate floors, took up and disposed of all carpeting, cleaned up after themselves every day, reported to work on time, completed the job in the estimated time frame. They were awesome! I couldn't have been more pleased. I can't say enough things about them. The workmen were experienced and worked together like a finely danced ballet....no missed steps, no bad cuts of the laminate.....caring of my possessions. I can't say enough positive things about the work and the workmanship and their positive demeanor throughout.

Description of Work: Remodeled a walk in shower. |It went pretty good. I had to make a few phone call's on issues that were addressed quickly. The quality is a B because the saw they used to cut the tile needs to be replaced there is no smooth edges. There is a chip in one of the tiles from another piece of tile falling on that piece.

Description of Work: Cleaned and Sealed large area of floor tile. Also caulked around sinks in kitchen and bathrooms.

Description of Work: Nothing, including answering the phone at 11:15 on a weekday morning. I spent 10 minutes going in circles with their automated phone menu, always ending up right where I started, no matter which menu prompts I followed. It was totally ridiculous. There was no way to talk to a real person, even though the menu said, "To talk to an owner, press 5." And back to the beginning I went. No way would I do business with someone I can't get ahold of!

Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate for some remolding, they were timely and very professional.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the shower pan of the upstairs master bathroom shower. I spoke with Jeff and he arrived the next day to look at the project and provide a quote. Once we decided to proceed, the work was handled thoroughly and professionally. As questions and concerns arose, Jeff and his project manager, Tyler, were timely with solutions and resolved all issues to our satisfaction. Tyler did an excellent job on the actual rip-out of the shower and re-tiling of the shower floor. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would recommend Suncoast Home Solutions without reservation.

Description of Work: Did a great job. We were very happy with the outcome. Suncoast was flexible and customer oriented.

Description of Work: Jeff called back promptly with a fair estimate. He also provided a lot of good information regarding what would be necessary for the job. My timeline was too tight for his schedule, so the job didn't happen. I would definitely call him back should i need more work in the future.

Description of Work: I spoke with Bryan (Suncoast)in an effort to schedule an estimate to redo my sun room. He, along with many other contractors from Angie's list, do not service the Lutz area. Bryan referred me to "Rolando," an independent contractor/former employee of Suncoast. I contacted Rolando (left voice mail). When he did not return my call, I called again to set up an estimate. He did respond and came out the next week. Rolando stated he would give me a written estimate via e-mail by the following Monday (8/16)however this was never sent. I still have not heard back from Rolando. Even though Rolando does not work at Suncoast, they referred me to him so I called Bryan back to let him know Rolando did not follow up.

Description of Work: While my job was too small scale for this contractor, i received prompt and professional feedback, as well as a referral to another resource. I would feel comfortable fortable Calling them in the future.

Description of Work: Came out to give quote on replacing shower in bathroom. Spent time explaining work and options, and gave me cost cutting tips. Very detailed in work that would be done and professional.

Description of Work: Cleveland's Best Construction, LLC is a general home improvement company. They will do redesigning, lighting, painting, tiling, construction, plumbing, plastering, electrical. Most things to do with home improvement. I needed a new tiled backsplash.
