He was fantastic, just perfect, I couldn't ask for anything better. I would hire him in a minute, I refer him to my neighbors, as he does everything by hand, like its custom. I enjoyed him so much that I have coming back out soon to finish up the bedrooms.

We had 3 estimates done, and Suncoast was the only company to come to the house. Brian Doughterty explained the process, demonstrated how it worked and provided the estimate on the spot. We agreed on a price and scheduled the service. When the techs to do the work (on time) they discovered an issue with previous product applied to the floor and explained how it would make their process less effective. We really appreciated their honesty. Brian Doughterty offered to do the additional work needed to strip the old product or reduce the price if we did the stripping. We did the stripping. The techs then returned to complete the process of sealing the grout. We are very happy with the work that Suncoast performed, and particularly pleased that they identified the issue so that we did not pay for something we would not be happy with. Our fllors look great!

GREAT!!!! We are totally satisfied with all of the advice and work that Jeff and his staff did. From start to finish we had constant communication with Jeff and his amazing people. We live on the East Coast of FL so it could have been difficult to see what was happening but Jeff, Tucker and Eric kept us up to date on everything, as problem arose but were solved. I would definitely recommend them and give them an A+ rating on all aspects of this job.

I contacted 2 companies on Thursday, as we noticed a sagging in the ceiling. The ceiling fell in at 4:30 am on Friday. At 8am Friday, I got a phone call from Suncoast. Jeff came out later that day & we had an emailed estimate that weekend. Jeff, Dana & the crew did a great job. Very quick & efficient & very clean. They removed all the debris & the new ceiling was up and painted in 3 days.

I won't torture you with bathroom remodel horror story I went through before I hired Suncoast...lets just say, I was traumatized. All the money I had for the remodel was spent, and my bathroom had to be torn out and started over from scratch! It was that bad! I wandered around in the tile store, trying to figure out how to fix the mess I was in, when I came across Wendy. She gave me her husbands number...which I called immediately. She told me, "we're not the cheapest, but we're the best at what we do". As it turned out, they also aren't the most expensive. Take it from me....you do NOT want the cheapest!! I spoke to her husband and he got his partner out to me the same day...the same day people...who does that?! We made a plan and they started the following week. Fast, Right?! They worked with me on the price, and allieved all my fears of hiring the wrong people again. I needed them to follow through with what they promised...and they did! They exceeded my expectations. Darren and Alex were more than fabulous! They worked so hard to make sure I was happy, they could tell I wasn't very trusting because of what happened. They both spent time finding out what I wanted, and got to work!! Alex and Darren made sure the job was done correctly, professionally, and timely. I would absolutely hire them without any question! You found the right team with these guys...the end result will prove that.

I could write paragraphs about how happy my Husband and I are with Suncoast Home Solutions. We found this company on Angie's List and booked a meeting with Jeff Cohn, Owner/Operator. Plans were laid out and the process was begun. We do not live in the area yet and Jeff kept us appraised of everything that we wanted done, if he needed something, if we hit a snag, etc. Tucker Morton, Senior Lead Technician, was the hands-on person who did most of the work. All we can say, is Tucker can do anything! In four months of hard work and most times on weekends, too, the process was diligently performed to completion in a timely manner. Our new home has been transformed and we LOVE IT! From beginning to end Jeff Cohn has been a Class Act. Jeff and his staff are second to none - a reflection of the work ethic, high standards and attention to detail that Suncoast Home Solutions brings to the table. Very well!! The principal was very responsive. If he was going to be late he would call. scheduled the work quickly. Took care with pre-investigation to assure that the two columns were not structural. Wall paper removal was done by a specialist sub-contractor worked right into schedule and did a superb job, Work was done in less time than estimated. Overall was very pleased and would recommend.?

I called Jeff in the morning. He was at the house by 1:00. The tile guys (Chris and Shawn) came at 5 the same day to take a look at the project. The plumber (James) started the plumbing the next day. As soon as the plumbing was complete, Chris and Shawn started the next day. After the job was started, there wasn't day day someone wasn't working. Jeff was wonderful at overseeing and coordinating all the work. Everyone was professional and left the area clean at every step of the project. I was very pleased with the finished project and would recommend this company to anyone. We intend to have them do our kitchen remodel.

Could not be more pleased. The total job took about two and half weeks and at the end of every day, the workers kept everything clean and organized and ready for the next work day. They took a tremendous amount of pride in their craftsmanship and it is evidenced in the final product. The project was started and completed on time and within budget. Communications with the team was responsive and always open to suggestions. Tremendous focus on customer satisfaction.

I was given the courtesy of a very quick response to my inquiry & a follow up visit to evaluate the damage, time & cost of the project. Upon our agreement the work required was started & completed earlier than expected with great results. Brian Dougherty (contractor) had hired what I would consider tile experts to do the job. They were prompt, diligent, so hardworking & took great effort to leave the work area very clean when they left for the day. Brian followed up with me daily for progress reports. As an added plus, Brian & his guys were so very nice as was Brian's partner Jeff. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome & would definitely use their services again.

We can not say enough nice things about Jeff and his installer Chris. They came out right away and gave us a fair price and returned quickly to do the work. They were friendly, professional, punctual. The fireplace looks beautiful. Great company! Will definitely be calling them again for any remodeling needs.

Jeff and Team were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I had a leak in the kitchen, which caused mold damage and ruined floors throughout the house and walls in four rooms. Jeff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me understand the process, even when it was something that Suncoast would not be doing (like mold remediation). Jeff is also extremely responsive, which made such a big difference. The floors were installed on time and done very well. The walls also had to be repaired and repainted.

The entire crew was very professional. They were on time everyday and communicated the timeline daily. In addition, my house was always clean when they left for the day.

Jeff and his crew (Tucker& Bill) have completed many of my remodeling projects since August 2015. I am pleased with my new bathroom and trust them with my home. Tucker is a perfectionist and has a creative flair. A great company to do work with :)

Jeff and his team has been amazing! We contacted his company to remodel our Master bathroom. He helped with everything from helping to pick the tile, to placement that would look the best! His team of very professional and personable guys walked us through every step of the remodel, and were always available to answer any questions that we had! The company specializes in remodels, but also was available to paint the entire house (which came out spectacular), replace all the carpets as to our specification, and cleaned and sealed all of the tile in the house as well! It was incredible to work with just one company, as opposed to hiring different contractors to do the work! I have used this business since day one of my renovations. Work is being completed in phases. I could not be happier. Jeff and his crew of Tucker, Bill and Sarah are so much fun to work with and know their trade. They will continue with my next phase which is the master bathroom and I am so excited for that to happen. I especially appreciate their opinions when I ask and their own bright ideas. Jeff gave us some good ideas and pointed out some pitfalls in our plan we hadn't anticipated. In the end we did a more modest project and he arranged for us to meet with the cabinet company and installation with one of his favored contractors that saved us a lot of time trouble and money.

The transition is amazing! They did a fantastic job! The crew is knowledgeable, extremely hard working, polite, personable, trustworthy and fun to be around. Jeff and Tucker referred me to people I needed to complete the job such as a plumber, electrician and handyman (for the small stuff). I will be using them again to paint my homes exterior and renovate my kitchen and master bath. I highly recommend Suncoast Solutions to complete your wish list.

I had a great experience with this company! Jeff made this project so easy and I am quite impressed. He was able to come to my house within a day of me contacting him for a quote. The work was done within a week and we are very happy. Pricing was reasonable and the work was well done. They even changed something for me last minute. I can't say enough good about my experience with Suncoast. Jeff Cohn's level of professionalism and expertise was beyond my expectations. The price of his services, while more expensive than others, is a very fair representation of the quality of service provided. I was considering another vendor, but after being disappointed with the level of communication, I went with Suncoast. It was definitely the right decision. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a quality experience.

I have done many remodels over the years and my experience with Suncoast of one of the most positive. During the demolition phase, the crew was very conscious of protecting the nonconstruction rooms from potentual damage. Demolition took one day. The construction site was walled off with thick plastic and the wood floors were covered with cardboard. The crew was polite, courteous and upbeat. They were always on time and would clean the site before leaving at the end of work day. My main goal for the kitchen was to make it wheelchair accessible. Jeff was helpful in providing guidance as to how to accomplish this goal. My only complaint is that the job took 9 months instead of 3 but that was due to trouble obtaining permits from the city. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other estimates I received. I would high recommend SunCoast especially for persons making a a home accessible.

Jeff came in and gave an estimate that compared favorably with another installer. He was able to work our job into a time slot that worked for us despite their busy schedule. The demolition was completed in a day with a minimum of mess. They used plastic to cover sensitive areas and electronics. There was a lot of dust, but that can't be helped. Installation took a little longer than was estimated, but the quality of the work was obvious and the delay was minimal. After everything was finished they had some people come in to help clean so that the finished floor was clean and beautiful. I should mention that the entire floor was put down without us having to move any furniture. Their crew moved furniture from area to area as they worked, and the charge for that was very small and well worth it.. The finished product is exactly hat we'd hoped for. We purchased a bit too much tile, so we're going to have Suncoast come back and install the remainder in another part of the house. We're using them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.
