Great experience, would definitely recommend this company. Everyone was extremely professional, polite, punctual and efficient. Jeff did a great job of coordinating everyone so that no one would be in each other's way and it paid off. The bathroom was done in only a week and a half. The team came every morning M-Sat to complete the project and left early evening. They were barely noticeable. They kept things neat and tidy and were very considerate during the project and did a great job cleaning up when they were comepletely finished. The whole thing was very stress free for such a huge project. Everyone on the team was very thorough and asked questions about our preferences throughout the project. I think next time we would have done the painting ourselves, just because I am so OCD. They did a good job, but I did notice later a paint drip or two and did spend a little time scraping some paint off of the vanity and shower. Jeff had great ideas about the layout of the bathroom and how to use the space and we really love the end result. Both Jeff and the plumber were open to doing whatever we wanted. They made sure that the choices were ours so that we would love everything and we do! I highly recommend him and his team for any construction work Should we need anything else done in the future, I am sure that we would use this company again and again.

It went great! Jeff's tile guy was prompt and did exactly what we asked. They understood our timeline and were happy to work us in and work to complete over the weekend. They laid the tile in both the hall bathroom and laundry room. Also, while laying the tile in the laundry room, they noticed the dryer duct was clogged and coming apart. He was kind enough to buy the materials and fix it when he re-installed the dryer in the laundry room.

I called Cleveland's Best Construction LLC one day and I think he came out the next day. I had two companies come out and the bidding process was exactly the same. The bids were almost identical. This guy was very professional and gave me different suggestions as we walked through. From one company to the next I needed a painter. I felt this guy would have been able to do the job just as well as the other one. He responded with an e-mail estimate within a few hours, and everything we talked about was on the estimate. He gave a breakdown of the cost for each room. It was really a coin toss between this company and the other one. I would absolutely consider using them in the future.

Prior to this service, I had cut extensive holes in a wall and ceiling to facilitate a dryer duct replacement. They did a good job of repairing the wall and ceiling, but there was miscommunication about what I expected regarding the dryer vent access. They were efficient and tidy. I do feel like I overpaid somewhat, though.

I highly recommend using CBC and I'm hoping to have Jimmy come out again when we remodel our main floor.

Overall the job was well done. The crew were polite and very considerate.

Jeff, the owner, came out to do an estimate on some minor drywall repair work. The work was small enough that he decided to just do the work himself on the spot! He was meticulous in his work, and the damaged areas are as good as new. He was extremely friendly and clearly had expertise in a wide variety of home repair areas. His company typically handles much larger-scale projects like remodeling and reconstruction, but he was completely willing to take on small jobs, as well. I plan to work with Jeff and his company in the future.

I contacted Jeff to have him come out and give an estimate. He returned my call and we made an appointment for him to come out later that week. He arrived at the appointed time and we talked about the project. He told me he would get back with me with a quote and within a few days he called with the quote. The quote was within our budgeted amount so I went ahead and told him we would have the work done with his company. He put us on the schedule and was able to start the following week. The first day of the project he and four other of his crew showed up to demolish the old kitchen and to run wiring for the new lighting. It was amazing to watch the efficiency with which the work was completed. I wanted extra wiring run for the under cabinet lighting and Jeff was willing to adjust the plans to include this. I also requested extra outlets and those also were added in . As the project progressed , I was so impressed every day. The workers were on time and were meticulous in the work. They consulted me on my preferences and were always happy to adjust plans as needed. The project was completed on the anticipated end date and came in at the exact price quoted. I cannot say enough about this company and their professionalism and great work. I am more than happy with the project. I knew having our kitchen redone could be a very stressful experience, but Jeff made sure everything ran smoothly so I didn't have to worry about a thing. And our main worker, Vic was amazing. He took such pride and care in everything he did. Thank you Cleveland's Best Construction. You truly are the best. Thank you for a great experience.

This was the third time that I've hired Jeff and his team for home improvement projects and once again CBC did not disappoint. This was a significant project and from appraisal through completion of the job, Jeff was the consummate professional. He and his team were efficient, prompt, and clean throughout the process. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent and our drab, unfinished basement is now an inviting and warm additional living space. I look forward to more projects with CBC.

The job went very well. Jeff initially gave us an estimate for the work to be done. My wife and I came up with a few changes before we agreed to start the job and Jeff did a good job of working through the contract/estimate to ensure that we were on the same page. They did a great job on the garage and we are very happy with the result. Jeff made sure we knew what step of the process we were on at all times and worked to get the job done in the time we agreed. They were very detail oriented and did a good job ensuring the siding and outdoor lighting look nice. They were very fair, when they were able to use one of the existing concrete slabs we were able to renegotiate some other services whereas I think another contractor would just keep the difference.

The entire project from estimate to completion took 4 weeks. Jeff listened to our wishes, expressed great new ideas. The detail work was beautifully done (molding around the basement pipes, boxing in the radiator) and the rest of my house was kept free from drywall dust or paint. They were clean, courteous, on time, and very well priced.

Can't say enough about a great company!

I did finally contract with a company - the ONE who was attentive and acted like they wanted the job. But I think I would have liked working with Cleveland's Best Construction.

Did you ever have someone say you could do something on your own, and later you find out even if you could, a professional could do a better job? That was the situation I found myself in regarding some drywall I mudded and taped. I just didn't think it was good enough, so I had Jeff come out to give me a free estimate. Even though this was AFTER I had primed and painted the walls, he agreed to take the job of re-mudding the walls with a thin coat, and basically make the job I did look MUCH better. Also, he noticed a ragged drywall edge near the fireplace and used some corner bead tape I had, and that was mudded and pushed up against the fireplace which made that area look much better. Then he repainted the areas he had fixed. I will definitely consider his company for future projects.

We contacted Jeff and he came out to take a look at the ceiling first and gave us a quote on it. They were able to schedule the work shortly afterward and finished it all in one day. We were so happy with the work that we decided to have them do the work to replace the front porch too. They were also so able to schedule this within a week of when we gave the go ahead and finished all of it one day. Everything turned out very well with both the ceiling and porch and it all looks very professionally done.

Jeff was great to work with! He was always punctual, explained things well, and called giving updates. Very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Everything was done on time and was very good quality. Thank you!

I first contacted Jeff for an estimate of painting my downstairs. He and his team were able to make it the same day to provide the estimate, which was less than the other estimate I had received. From that point forward I received nothing but professional, prompt and pleasant customer service, having all calls returned the same day. When the guys came to my home they jumped in immediately, working diligently the entire time. They did an amazing job, completing it earlier than I had anticipated. I loved their work and enjoyed their presence. I would use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone.

1. We were given a detailed estimate by CBC of the work to be done, both in terms of what would be done and time required for said work. 2. Work was done both on time and as specified in original estimate. 3. Problems that arose from subcontractors were dealt with quickly (and to our satisfaction) by CBC.

Jeff was very easy to talk to and work with! He got back to me within a few days and explained everything in detail. They job was done in a few days and looks great! I would and will definitely hire him again for future home projects.

Our experience was terrifiic! We are in the process of having Jeff and his team come back to do some interior painting and repair in our house's living quarters and look forward to having them be our "go to" remodeling source.

Jeff did a wonderful job installing our backsplash. He completed the project ahead of schedule, and the finished product looked even better then I had imagined.

I was in the process of purchasing a new home. I contacted Jeff and asked him to look at the exterior of the home and evaluate it. He came to the house, walked all around the exterior of the house, examined it thoroughly and provided lots of insights into the issues I have noticed and the ones I did not. Upon my request, Jeff took the time and provided a detailed estimate of the work that needs to be done. The estimate he provided greatly helped in the negotiation process. Even though I have not actually used him yet, he was the only contractor I called on Angies list who took the time, walked through the property and provided the detailed estimate. The other contractors (who were also listed on Angie's) requested a fee and others refused to come at all. I am very thankful to Jeff. He is helpful, professional, and very thorough. I am hoping to buy the property, call it home and will certainly work with him to have this exterior project completed.

I contacted Jeff and he responded promptly. He brought another individual with him when he was looking at the project. He promptly gave an estimate, told me when they could begin the work and gave an approximate date of completion. He informed me that the other gentleman with him during the estimate would be doing most of the work. Everything Jeff said came to fruition and the completed job is gorgeous! I have done a considerable amount of remodeling over the years and Jeff was the most reliable, honest, professional contractor with whom I have had dealings. I would recommend him to everyone.

Jeff came to the house and walked through it with us. He provided us with a lot of insight into the violations and the other issues we needed to be aware of prior to purchase. He was also able to give us high level estimates on all the renovations we were considering. We were able to approach the bidding process with confidence because Jeff was thorough and helpful. Unfortunately we did not end up getting the house due to a bidding war, however, we are definitely willing to recommend Jeff to others. Hopefully we will find a house soon and will be able to comment on his actual work.

There isn't enough space here for me to describe how very pleased I am with the job that owner Jeff and his crew did for my parents' bathroom. Our project was complicated by our tight budget, extensive water damage, and my parents' language barrier. I called Jeff after reading the excellent reviews here. He came out for an estimate that very same day. He listened carefully as I described the problem and he was sensitive to the fact that we had very limited funds. He gave us a reasonable quote and then he shepherded us patiently through the whole project. The work performed was meticulous and neat; my parents are thrilled with the result! I am pleased not only with the quality and craftsmanship, however. I think Jeff went the extra mile in the way he handled the entire project. Because my parents spoke limited English and I live in a different state, he was very good about conducting discussions with me over the phone, keeping me updated via text, and sending me pictures of the work in progress. Also, he treated my parents with respect and patience. He even took my mom on a shopping trip to Home Depot to help them pick out their materials. He coordinated everything beautifully, and I would definitely use their services again.
