Brian Dougherty the owner of the company came by & provided an estimate & several days later Sean was here to do the work which took approximately 3 hours. For the most part Sean did a very good job even removing old caulking where the glass shower walls met the tile floor. After he left we noticed a very small area that he missed. When I called Brian to give him my credit card information I mentioned this to Brian. I asked Brian for the grout/sealer color & that I would fix the spot myself. Brian instead came back to our home & fixed the spot & gave me a small tube of the sealer.

Suncoast worked with me to define the project to fit within my budget and within a strict time frame. The project required multiple workers in different disciplines, plus a referral to an electrician with whom they are associated. The contractor performed all work as promised on time and within budget. I was delighted with the quality of the work and the commitment to my satisfaction. They were flexible in accepting advice I received from my brother, an out of state contractor. However, when they felt I needed further advice from them, Suncoast offered it, I followed it and I was absolutely glad I had.

Everything was great. Two pleasant gentleman handled everything completely.

The job listing was supposed to say Manatee and Sarasota counties only. I offered to cancel but they insisted on coming up. and doing the job. They were here right on time and started work. at once. Once they had removed the wall, they repaired the floor, ceiling and wall surface where the work had been done. The work was excellent; You literally could not see where the old wall had been. Jeff and Ben were a pleasure to have in and I hope to lure them up here again when I remodel my kitchen.

Jeff and his team were fantastic. They helped us prioritize what would be the best bang for our buck. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They brought machines in to clean the tile and then regrouted. The tiles look great. The workers were very professional.

Our floors look beautiful. They are white, so the grout was uneven, and now it looks great. The kitchen looks larger for some reason and looks like we removed a rug or a piece of furniture, which we didn't. We are very happy with the results. I don't think the cleaning alone would have done the job-the sealer was really the thing that did the trick. Everything looks like it is brand new.

Jeff and his crew were early imagine that. Got right to work and did a beautiful job. In all communications with Jeff he was always friendly, helpful, accomodating and upbeat. It was a pleasure to work with him and I can say that not only would I use him again but my whole family as well.

These guys are fantastic. Jeff seems to have a very comprehensive understanding of home repair and called when he said he would, was very quick to get back to me and answered my questions honestly and thoroughly. He only strayed from the estimate by $30. Ben, the workman that day, was very knowledgable and pleasant. He often asked me to check on his work to make sure I was happy. Jeff checked up at the end of the day to make sure everything was good, and was extremely thorough in checking up on the work. They both kept things very clean. The only reason I rated the price a B instead of an A was because the work is not what I would call cheap, but it's about as low as you'll probably find for work of this quality, which is as good as it gets. And anyway, they were here for seven hours pretty much non-stop and did three separate jobs, so the price was fair. I highly recommend them to anyone- I am comfortable assuming they would do a wonderful job in any category of home repair, and they would do it with a smile.

I purchased two $199 big deals for 8 hours of general contracting work from Suncoast, giving me a total of 16 hours. I had been wanting to get rid of the lights in my kitchen and guest bathroom. Jeff, from Suncoast, sent over Andrew, from ACH construction services, to look at the job and told me that what I wanted could be accomplished in my allotted time (not that I wasn't willing to pay more to get it done). We went shopping to purchase the fixtures, etc., and the work was done with two gentlemen for 8 hours each. I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome. I hope he decides to do it again, so I can more work done. Everything was done very professionally and the quality was great. I have no hesitation in recommending both Suncoast and ACH Construction Services.

I hired Suncoast using an Angie's List Big deal, unaware that they were based in another county. When Jeff, the owner, contacted me I apologized and said to just refund the cost. However, it was a personal value for him to honor the sale and despite my willingness to cancel, he wouldn't hear and I am so glad. He and one of his employee's, Ben, made the trek up here and arrived early. I showed them around and they immediately got to work and they really worked! The took great pride in everything they did, really taking their time to make sure it was right. The door closes and locks now, they trimmed out the door, which I wasn't expected and it looks fabulous! They patched a piece drywall and just for the heck of it a few others that they saw needed patching. Ben completed the baseboard work, about 150 square feet. He worked relentlessly and it looks great. I must also comment on how professional and personable Jeff and Ben were. You could not ask for more courteous, competent and conscientious workers. Let me say with saying that in my twelve years of home ownership I have never hired anyone to work on my house because of the horror stories I have heard and seen on DIY Network. I have rather, decided to attempt to do all the work myself. But I took a chance, because I really didn't want to do baseboards and just couldn't get that door hung right. I am so glad I took a chance. My one and only complaint is that they are not located in Pinellas so that I can hire them to help out with all my DIY projects that I start and then get hung up on. I absolutely would not hesitate to hire Jeff and Ben again and again. I think I will be calling and pleading with them to make the trip the up here.

You couldn't ask for a friendlier group of people. Not only were they courteous they were very concerned with making sure everything was in its place before they left. The gentleman that did the wallboard repair acted like the big hole I left in the bathroom was no big deal. After his repair I couldn't even see the mess I had made! He also installed mirrors and lighting for me which was all done beautifully. The biggest surprise was the tile cleaning. I was truly stunned at how great it all looked when they finished. My tile looks better than it did when it was installed. I will call on Suncoast Home Solutions for any additional help I need without hesitation.

Jeff and Claudio arrived on time. We had purchased the glass tile and grout. Jeff left and Claudio did the work. Because the tile was glass, and the clearance very tight vertically, Claudio suggested we use a 1/2 inch round molding under the cabinet. I went and purchased 2 strips pre-painted, each 8 feet long. The counter was 14 feet long, and he positioned the seam (he cut each piece to 7 feet) behind the center of the microwave. The tile and grout was done in one day and came out great. The molding looks like the finish for the cabinet, and we couldn't have had a better job done. We are very pleased.

Jeff, sent Ben to work on our job. Ben was right on time, if not a little early, and Jeff arrived to make sure everything got off to a good start. We couldn't have asked for a better worker then Ben. He made great progress, but the wallpaper removal was very labor intensive. Jeff and Ben were so easy to work with, Jand Jeff was very knowledgeable about other projects we could do in our house. We have invited them to back to complete this job and may ask them to do more. I highly recommend Jeff and his company for any type of work in your home.

Everything was done well, Benjamin cleaned up after himself and left all spotless. Very thorough and consciences. have nothing but great things to say and will recommend to my friends!

They did a terrific job and cleaned everything up when they were done. I had laid all of this out several months ago, then had another electrician put in the basic wiring and boxes. Because of a delay of some months for drywall, inspections, painting and business, I really had to figure out where things went. They came in and not only located everything and wired it, they labelled the new service panel CORRECTLY which will save a lot of surprises in the future if things need to be repaired. I have some other work to be done and as soon as those areas are cleared - due to remodeling work - I'll definitely have them back to take care of that work as well.

They arrived on time, surveyed what they had to do and went to work. They completed the job to perfection and even went beyond the call of duty and repainted the small area with matching paint I had stored in the garage. They also caulked around the window above the door without being asked because they felt that would complete the job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The folks were very professional and very pleasant. The upsell started pretty quickly after they arrived. I felt it was more about selling more product than doing the big deal. The big deal was for 2 hours of drywall/plaster repair. The upsell was to reseal and regrout my tile floors which had nothing to do with plaster repair. It was something I needed to have done and I had been thinking about it. I had been thinking about having all the floors replaced but they convinced me that this was a less expensive option. To their credit, their crew did a fantastic job. They worked their little butts off. I have absolutely no complaints about the work they did but it ended up costing me another thousand dollars on top of my $99 that I had paid. It could have certainly been my prerogative to say no. I didn't feel that I was taken advantage although I did have to talk them down 33% from their original quote of $1,500. I convinced him his estimate was a little lofty and that I didn't have 1600 square feet of tile. I would have rather made the decision based on my positive experience with the provider as opposed to being hit with needing to do something else right away. He said they would be able to fix both cracks in the 2 hour allotted time. I think he was a little overzealous and they ended up spending 4 hours here for the drywall repair but they didn't charge me any extra. I gave him my plasma TV in the lanai because I didn't want it any longer.

Jeff was very good about making contact with me, promptly returning phone calls and emails. He came with Michael, the one who actually did the painting, to introduce himself and check out what needed to be done. They were on time and both were very friendly, but professional. Michael did a great job, and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the work. He was also very good about cleaning up after himself. I would definitely use them again.

My father was very happy with the detail and the time that he took to go over every aspect of the house. He physically went up into the attic and looked around every square inch of it to make sure that there wasn't any other type of damage that are in a far corner that otherwise you wouldn't see if you were just to stick your head in or maybe just step in and give a quick look around. There were issues with all the windows needing to be replaced but they were well-caulked and painted over so it was hard to tell that they actually did need to be replaced so it was a cover job. The windows, although they were made to look newer, they were old and in terrible shape. He was really impressed with the detail and he would definitely use this company again for any houses that they do buy over. The cost was very reasonable.

I interacted with 3 people from this company: Jeff, one of the owners, Michael the drywall expert, and Dan the electrician. All were very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again when I'm ready to do other projects.

Clay and Sean showed up right on time Tuesday morning to clean and restore our tile and grout. They did a great job! Our tile and grout has never looked so good!!! Jeff came the following day to meet us and check out the work from the previous day. Claudio and Tyler came shortly after Jeff to prep for the tile job in our master bedroom. We opted for the tile that looks like wood and it turned out amazing! Claudio and Tyler did a fantastic job and we plan to have them return to do the other 2 bedrooms. Jeff and Brian returned to check out the work before we made payment. The quote was exactly what we paid which was awesome! This is a great company to work with. They are easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The work was great and they are true to their word!

I was impressed w/ Brian Doughtery, the owner of Suncoast.. He understood my problem and assured me that he could get the job done. In fact, he moved other jobs around so that my job could be done sooner. The contractors arrived on time, worked hard, and got the job done in the estimated time. They were professional and took care to make sure nothing in the house was damaged- even going so far as to use a drop cloth on the steps and entry way into the house. Claudio and Tyler were polite and friendly and I wasn't worried about having them in my house working if I wasn't there. I will use Suncoast Home Solutions the next time I need improvements or repairs done to my home.

Brian brought father-son team, Kevin & Dan, to my house to do the work. All were extremely polite and professional. I needed some additional materials that I had not anticipated, so Kevin & Dan went to Lowe's and got the materials to finish the work. Because of this, it took longer than anticipated, and I had to pay an extra $100 for the man hours. However, Brian (& Jeff) picked up the cost of the extra materials--which was really nice! I was very impressed by the professionalism, care, and responsiveness of everyone. I would highly recommend Suncoast Home Solutions for any task you might have!
