TAYLOR GHOSTED US BEFORE A HURRICANE! Promised to install our second-story hurricane shutters two days before Hurricane Milton. Said he’d be here at noon… then 2pm… then 4pm. When I asked if he was actually coming or if I should call someone else, he reassured me, even saying he “understands the urgency” because he has a family too. And then? Silence. No responses, no show, NOTHING. This is beyond unprofessional. If you value your safety, AVOID. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very well. The company as a whole was very professional and great to work with. The estimate was exact and very competitive. The workers who did the job were very friendly, efficient, detail oriented, and professional. They were focused on the job and we were pleased with the results. The company actually came to the house to look at the job, provided guidance, and made sure they were doing what we wanted. Have another bathroom to do in the near future and this company will definitely be called. For us, we did not go wrong selecting them and we had a very good experience overall.

Right on time every day, neat, clean, professional installers..attention to details. I had a deadline & they were a day early! I did the prep, surface prep etc, as a decorator & a tile & stone mason myself, I had pretty high expectations. A car accident left me unable to do heavy construction so I was very pleased to have Midwest Square Customs on the job..I've been in remodeling & construction over 30 years..it's a daunting task to please an installer in their own home. Multiple times I was very happy, as I saw the installers nitpicking their own work, adjusting, nowadays that is sorely lacking in the field. Nice tight joints, wrapped around the breakfast bar in the middle..I'm very pleased. I would hire them again, in fact I'll use them for the heavy lifting of the renovation of my dad's bathroom- tub to shower. I have already recommended them to friends & colleagues.

They were terrific. Taylor went to tile store with us to help us choose the best, most appropriate tile. We love the final product and are happy we chose Midwest Square Customs.

Tile Backsplash is perfect!! Tiles were installed evenly and lined up perfectly! Cabinets hung over my washer/dryer look amazing!! I would highly recommend Taylor and his team!!

Review for Tile & Flooring Company .... I have been a licensed contractor for 22 years. Just contracted with Midwest Square Customs and it's owners Taylor and Ryan. The job was to demolish huge amount of tile, remove carpeting and then install laminate flooring in entire 2700 sq ft home. Contracted 3 weeks in advance. They arrived exactly at the time and date committed to. Workmanship, supervision and communication were best I have had with any contractor and job turned out both professionally done, at the price agreed and on the exact date they gave me as a completion date. These guys are pros and have my full recommendation.

Taylor and Ron did a great job of replacing tile, grouting and sealing a large area in our home. As anyone can tell you this is not an easy project. They were friendly and courteous through the job!

This company is the best! Taylor and Ryan replaced the pan under my shower stall and sealed the grout. They did the work when promised, they finished before they had anticipated and they cleaned up the work area as well as keeping the rest of the house tidy. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I need more work done.
