Description of Work: Mary Bradford sold our Ocean Pines house for us in about a week! She is very very knowledgeable about the region, the market, pricing, staging and everything else we needed to make this happen. She is also a great pleasure to work with - keeping us informed every step of the way and really walking us through the process. We live out of town. She helped us get the right contractors to do a few necessary repairs and then went by the house multiple times to make sure everything was done right.
