Description of Work: Dreammaker Bath and Kitchen was contracted to reface kitchen cabinets, replace laundry room cabinets and install a granite island countertop. We used Dreammaker several months ago to gut and replace the master bath -done beautifully -- so we knew their levels of craftsmanship and professionalism. They didn't disappoint us this time either. Their workmanship is superb. Their staff and workmen are friendly, neat and communicate well. Their attention to detail is first rate. They are on time, on schedule and on budget. We have searched for something to criticize and come up empty. Great experience, great result. We love our new kitchen and laundry room.

Description of Work: Dreammaker did an excellent job in replacing my walk-in shower. The tile had started to come loose and the faucet was leaking, so I decided to remove the old frosted shower doors and re-tile the shower walls and floor. Ernest was very responsive, even though it was a small, no-frills job. His estimate was competitive with the others I received, and what really helped was that he accepted credit cards! When I am spending thousands of dollars, I put it on my USAir MasterCard so I can receive frequent-flyer miles. One of the other contractors, a major plumbing supply company in town, would not allow me to pay for the tiling portion on my credit card, and in addition was not responsive to my calls. So I contracted with Ernest and went to his showroom to pick out my tile and fixtures. Because of my tight budget, I was limited to basic choices, nothing fancy, and I also had to blend with the existing almond color scheme. I selected an 8"x10" almond gloss tile for the walls, and Ernest was willing to lay them in a subway pattern for a sleek, modern look. We did a beige 2x2 mosaic floor tile, and I also asked for the mosaic tile to be added to the side of the shower "lip" rather than the plain wall tile. I kept the cost down by doing a shower curtain rather than new glass doors. Ernest was able to start the job very quickly, which I appreciated because I was in a time crunch. Everything turned out beautifully. It's been almost a year and I've had no problems. I would not hesitate to use Dreammaker again.
