He bid using Duration paint, used Super paint instead a cheaper paint. If you hire him, I would recommend asking if he is going to paint this and that at the start. He was not going to paint the concrete floor on the entrance to the house, although everything else was painted. After a heavy discussion about it, he agreed to paint the floor, if I bought the paint. Where I was raised, when you are going to paint the exterior of a house, you painted all the exterior, not just the walls He is a nice man, but he did not inform me of the things, he wasn't painting and he is the pro not me.
