Description of Work: Contacted the service provider multiple times, starting on 5/19, now 6/16....nothing back, but, "I will call you back." Seemed to diagnose my problem on the phone...never bothered to schedule an appointment. After I gave him fridge specs, waited 2 weeks, contacted him again, said he would call me back, never did. I would not say that this is how one attracts business.

Description of Work: He came n looked at my Washing machine,the parts cost more than the washers worth.

Description of Work: Analyzed inop refrigerator. Determined the coil was leaking and had to be replaced. Replacing the coil would be too expensive for this model and recommended a new one. Honored Angie List coupon even though no repair was done. Came within minutes of my call. He was going past on his way to the shop.

Description of Work: When I called to set up an appointment, the guy was AWESOME. Told me things to check and do first and then to call him back if those didn't work. I did have to make an appt. When he came out to check, he was on time, explained and showed me what was going and had to order the part. Part came in when he said it would and he came back and quickly fixed it and cleaned up everything. Great customer service experience!

Description of Work: Validated our washer was dead, bearings were shot, but he'd already diagnosed that over the phone by having me send him a video. Wow, free diagnosis. Since he was coming out to look at our double ovens anyway, he reconfirmed that diagnosis, and fixed our ovens. The service and response was outstanding, and Art is such a nice guy too. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I called because my refrigerator was making a seven second humming sound every 30 minutes. I thought the compressor was dying. Art told me it was my ice maker trying to fill every half hour even though I had not connected it. It had been turned on by accident and Art told me to turn it off. Problem solved! Another repair shop in my area insisted that they send a service man to check it out. Art saved me time - and money. Thanks Art. You are at the top of my list for future repairs. Honesty counts.
