He did a great job and was on time...He made a mistake when charging me on my charge...He realized it, I did not, and credited my charge...He is very honest as you can see...I will definitely use Art again in the future...

I called with failed microwave panel. I think his name was Bill, explained that Matages have this problem and I would likely be better off buying a new one. He could have easily taken my money and come to my home to tell me the same. Thanks for the honesty.

I used an Angie's List deal for a service call at a discounted price. The problems wih the dishwasher and the oven door were diagnosed, and the parts were ordered while the repairman was still in the house. The repairman returned with the parts a week later and repaired the two units. Total cost of the repair was two service calls + parts. The man knows how to fix appliances.

Went great. Came right on time, broght right parts for make. Cost exactly what he said. Very efficient and polite. Thanks!!

Circuit board went on fridge. Replaced from his stock items. Saved all frozen foods.

Gentleman was on time. He had asked me to decribe what the problem was and brought the parts with him that he thought would fix the dryer. He was at the house less then a half hour, the dryer was fine! He subtracted what I paid Angie's List & charged me $30.00 for the part! One big advantage is that A&S is open week nights until 7. This is great for people who wrk 9-5!! I would definitly use this company again. As a matterof fact - they are now entered into my Iphone!

We called him in the evening and he called back immediately. He would have come right out that moment butt we didn't want him to have to do that so we scheduled for first thing in the morning. He was very prompt and fixed us right up.

ART FREEMAN ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD EVEN THOUGH OUR HOME WAS SOMEWHAT FARTHER OUTOF THE AREA HE USUALLY SERVICES. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, FIXED IT ON THE SPOT, AND FORTUNATELY DID NOT REQUIRE ANY PARTS. HE WIPED UP THE WATER THAT HAD SPILLED AND STAYED LONG ENOUGH TO BE CERTAIN THAT NO MORE WATER WOULD LEAK OUT. MR. FREEMAN WAS PLEASANT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO WATCH OUT HOW TO PREVENT THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.

He gave me the bad news that my dishwasher was beyond repair, advise that I appreciated, rather than having me spend about $350 for parts and labor for an 11 year-old dishwasher. I would have him again and would recommend him to others.

I called him and left a message. He responded back very quickly. I explained to him what the issue was and he set up a time to come out and access the problem. He was on time for his appointment and knew exactly what was wrong. He had to order parts but came back a few days later and fixed the problem. While he was there he discovered another problem, ordered the part and came back as quickly as possible. I was very happy with the return rate and his professionalism.

I called Art on Wednesday and we set up an appointment for the following day. He called the next day to adjust the appointment time and was able to come earlier than we had originally agreed on. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, repaired it and left in less than 15 minutes.

My dryer stopped working so I checked Angie's List to see how soon I could get someone to come by to take a look at it. The first company I called said they could make it by the middle of the following week and that the service charge would be $69 to start. I made the appointment with them but also let them know that I would be checking to see if someone else could make it by sooner than the 4 business days they required. I then called A and S Appliance and they said they would be by before the end of the day. He made it to my house within a couple of hours and had it repaired in about 20 minutes. He only charged $45. I couldn't be happier!

I called Art in the morning and left a message. He called me back promptly, and was at my house within a couple of hours. He explained to me what he was doing every step of the way while he checked out my refrigerator. He removed the faulty part and explained to me that because the part was no good that the compressor would not turn on. Since the ice maker had not worked for some time, I asked him if he could take a look at that, too, which he did. Again, he explained the diagnostics to me, and told me I'd need a new unit because the motor was out. He didn't have the parts with him, so he went to buy them, returned promptly and installed them. When he was done he told me that if I had any problems with any of the work he did to call him and he'd come back out. I was very impressed by Art and everything he did. I plan to call him next time I need an appliance repaired and would highly recommend him to others.

He returned my call within minutes and fixed the unit within 24 hours after my initial call. Courteous, professional and prompt! Couldn't ask for better service.

I called Art about noon and left a message. He called me back within an hour and let me know that even though he was taking the day off as it was Christmas Eve. He said he would be in my area later in the day to check it out. Art was very pleasant and extremely honest with us.

He quoted us a price on fixing the washer as well as buying a new one. I really liked that he went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied by making calls for me. I will use their services again in the future.

Everything went fine. Prompt service and overall pleased with company.

Before I could call my daughter to let her know that someone would be coming to fix the refridgerator after placing the order on Angieslist, Art had already called responding to the request and was on the way to help. He called to get the model and brought necessary parts resulting in an immediate fix! Great job, courteous, and very quick!

My washer wasn't working and he fixed it quickly and kept the costs low. He was very professional and did a great job.

We had problem with the stove burners. Art came out with his son in law on time and diagnosed the problems quickly. He called the part supplier on the spot and gave me the price for the parts. He suggested that for us to buy new stove than try to fix it since it will save us only few dollars by fixing it. He was earnest and straight forward with us. He could just fix the stove and pocket the money but he gave us his earnest opinion. I would recommend him to anyone who has problem with appliances.
