 + -1 moreCalled Wards Air Conditioning service at the recommendation of a friend. I contacted Barb on Monday morning, July 3, with a compliant of a warm room at the end of the line for the AC, and a service tech was dispatched and showed up that afternoon. He stated that the problem was in the duct system, which would need an expert, and handed me a bill for $78 and said that they would send someone who was able to better help us get airflow back to the master bedroom. Mr. Hall, their installation manager arrived the following Monday promptly, took measurements and pictures and said that it would take him a few days to work up the numbers and let us know how they would suggest fixing the problem and the cost. A week went by no call or return visit from Mr. Hall. I called the following Wednesday, July 19th and left message with their receptionist for a return call. Nothing. I have since hired another company, out of Eagle Lake, which came out the after my first call, no charge for the diagnosis and within a week had the problem corrected for a reasonable rate. I would recommend that you NOT contact Wards if this is how they treat their clients.

Description of Work: Move air conditioner to accommodate room addition. Install additional lines, duct work and 3 vents. One of the two employees was excellent. The other was sloppy and didn't seem to care about the quality of work. I had to have him redo the areas he worked on.
