They have a service that is fibre optic and I think its superior to regular corporate cables. We use the landline here but when we go back to Ohio they are shutting that down and also cable TV. They have vacation standby.

I called to have a landline installed, I only wanted a basic line for faxes because I use a cell phone for other purposes, and I explained this fully. I was quoted $15 per month. When I got the bill it was for $60. I called and was told that the bill was an error and the error would be corrected if I paid the bill. I told them to correct the bill and to disconnect my service. They did not correct the bill and did not disconnect my service and continued to send bills for $60 per month. I attempted to correct this with the company without success, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their representative lied and said that I had signed up for unlimited long distance, call waiting and other services and refused to correct the bill and also still would not disconnect my service and still continued to bill me $60 per month. I did not have a contract for a certain time or anything like that. I refused to pay after that and they finally disconnected my service and reported me as delinquent on my credit report. I now have no landline and my only negative on my credit repoort is from this company. Verizon has been sued for these practices in other places. I will never use them again, and I urge everyone to have all services with this company terminated.

Before I had TV service from another company, I didn't like them, so I went to Verizon. I have had good coverage with both my cell phone and internet. The hardest thing is getting hold of them; once I get hold of them, there's no problem. Their pricing is reasonable and their quality is good. I will continue to use them in the future.
