Truly Nolen does a wonderful job of ridding our house of all insects and pests, not an easy job here in Florida! They come immediately if we have a problem and treat inside and outside our house. We recommend them to all our friends.

We finally had to bite the bullet and call a professional exterminator because of ants. Called Truly Nolan partly because of reviews, partly because we'd seen them in the neighborhood. They came when they said they would, told us what they would do, how it would work, and how much it would cost. One guy came out to explain the plan, another to do the applications, but both have answered our questions. A year's plan comes to about $50/month.

Truly Nolen tented my house about 4 years ago, and since then I have hired them for an annual termite inspection. If I ever get termites again, they take care of the problem without further costs to me. James arrived on time as he does every year. He checked everywhere for termite signs.Luckily he didn't find any. He also found a piece of window that had some rot, so I will have a handyman fix it.

They responded to me right away and didn't put me off. I was freaking out because I saw a roach in my house. They sent somebody out that day to confirm and set me up with a plan. He was very kind. He set me up with what I needed and what I could afford. It is full service. I paid for the first year ahead so I got a little bit of a discount. It will be much cheaper next year because it will just be the maintenance. I am seeing results which is important. I have a lot of animals: birds, fish, dogs, and cats, so he is mindful of not keeping anything where they can get them.

It went very well. It wasn’t expensive and was what we had discussed. The customer service was amazing and they were very good. They follow up with what they say and stick to their promises. They are very friendly. They were very comparable to everybody else on price.

Excellent service. Ed explained everything they will do. Angie very helpful on the phone with my questions. Chuck came out on schedule and performed the first of four services for the year. Very thorough! Everybody just as nice as could be!

Truly Nolen is amazing. We just bought this house and found out that fleas came with the purchase! :S Thankfully they are contained to 1 room in the home, but I called Truly Nolen in a panic. They had someone (Ed) able to come out the very next day for an inspection. Ed checked my home over and offered me 2 choices: $300 for just flea treatment or $480 for flea treatment plus an entire year's service inside and outside. He offered very comprehensive information on what would be covered for each and even made sure that I had all the discounts available applied to my purchase. The entire home was treated 2 days later, and a follow-up was immediately scheduled on the spot. Ed made sure that we had his number and was insistent that we call him if we saw even a single flea. Unfortunately, we did see more fleas once we began moving in, so I called Ed. He had someone out to the house to spray again the next morning, and was again insistent that we call him ASAP if any more issues arise. I couldn't be more pleased with the service! And I get the benefit of pest control for an entire year for hardly any extra money. The peace of mind is worth the cost, and I love knowing that if this flea thing continues to be an issue, Ed and Truly Nolen will NOT give up the fight for us in our very first home!

They do a good job. If you need anything they take care of it. Very good customer service. We have not had any problems with pests since they began.

I couldn’t be happier. They are very reliable. They call before they come so we can open our pool area. I thought I had a problem and they came to check it out. We have been very satisfied.

They treat our outside lawn ($100) and the inside ($75) of our home. They are very good about coming out immediately for emergency needs. They came out on a Sunday even to help us with a wasps nest.
