Description of Work: Truly Nolan has been my pest control provider for over 10 years and I do not plan to renew them. I suspect my home has termites due to evidence in the attic i.e. termite wings and droppings which are also found in the garage and bath. They will not tent the house as requested but insist on spot treating. They wanted to drill into my bathroom tile to spot treat, but would not cover any repair cost. I would not let them drill into the tile and spot treat since they could've solved the problem by tenting the entire house since there was evidence throughout the home of termites. I have also been plagued for the last three years with ants. Truly Nolan has continually tried to eradicate the problem without success, but as a fool that I am I continue to pay and pay and pay.
