The Brickyard handled everything smoothly and professionally. Itemized costs were clearly defined and explained prior to work beginning. When the project needed some changes, my options were explained in detail, and the cost of each option was made very clear. The installation team took care to ensure not only a professional result, but they made sure I was happy with each step before proceeding. I highly recommend The Brickyard to anyone wanting this type of work done.

I had the Brickyard install pavers and in a separate area remove grass from about a 300 sq ft area, install a landscape barrier and rock. The crew did not remove the grass, instead they put the landscape barrier over the grass and poured rock on top of the grass and landscape barrier. I informed Mr. Ron Metcalf by text message, that the landscape rock looked "horrible" because the landscape barrier was laid on top of the grass. I wanted to discuss the matter before final payment. Mr. Metcalf’s response to me was, and I quote, "We are not Gardener's...". Rather than to personally see what had been done and discuss the matter with me civilly, he sent his foreman, who by the way, was very nice and corrected the problem. Mr. Metcalf’s customer service and the initial job were completely unacceptable!

Work began and was completed sooner than promised. Great ideas were offered that enhanced the esthetics of the project. Clean up was quick and neat.

Absolutely excellent, as always with The Brickyard. I have used The Brickyard on three (3) major projects in the last several years and they have been outstanding to work with. By any measure, The Brickyard is one of the best, if not the best, organization of its kind in the Central Florida area. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

The workers were great and did a wonderful job with the installation. However, the company gave us the wrong pavers, they took much longer than they should have to complete the job, and they forgot to add the cost of sealing the pavers into the contract. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but it would have resulted in a 600-dollar increase to the final cost. Additionally, they said that it would take another two to three months if we decided to reorder the pavers. Furthermore, they will not guarantee the patio since my husband decided to seal it himself instead of allowing them to do the work. Ultimately, we ended up with a product that we didn't want with several delays along the way.
