Provider Pat Herman requested multiple payments up front to order parts, no delivery of parts or proof of purchase. 6000 total in three separate request. Did not show up on time or at all to do work, only was reliable to pick up money. Pat backed out after realizing he was not qualified to perform or have the knowledge to complete the job after a year of trying to get this done. Numerous empty promises that he did not deliver including refund. To date, he never refunded the total as promised, still 1000.00 pending. We tried to work with him to enable him to perform something he could do for the remainder, unfortunately he is incompetent at everything and did not show up for the work agreed upon for repayment. DO NOT USE. Too many other reputable companies and our fault for not searching for those and believing someone who desperately needs help.
