Terminix - Tampa -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: We purchased a house with an existing contract for drywood termites. Extensive active termite activity was discovered by a pest control inspection during closing. We called Terminix and they decided to spot spray, we were advised by our inspector that the house needed tenting (the approved method). We attempted to contact the company and the only person we could speak to was the office secretary, a supervisor had to approve tenting. The supervisor did not take phone calls but would call us. After numerous phone calls, emails etc (two months of stalling) the supervisor called to tell us the contract did not cover tenting, we needed a "lifetime guarantee" so I emailed a copy of our paperwork that clearly showed the "lifetime guarantee", we then tried to follow up with more phone calls and emails (two more months). We finally realized they were waiting for the contract to expire, we could have taken legal action but it was easier to just drop the whole thing and move on. The bottom line is, this company (Terminix nationally) will do just enough to stay on the right side of the law. I would not recommend them, ever. We finally called in a local company to tent the house.

Description of Work: TERMINIX TREATED MY HOUSE FOR ROACHES AND ANTS. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FROM THEM TO SERVICE THE HOUSE EVERY OTHER MONTH
