Their price is reasonable. Initially they spray inside and come out regularly to spray outside but I can call them if I want the inside of the house to be sprayed. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They’ve been okay and nothing specific stands out about them.

Their regular pest control work is excellent and their pricing is fine. They told me I had termites but when I called the people from the agriculture department to inspect this, they told me I did not have termites which really upset me. I would use them again in the future for regular pest control but would be careful to use them for termites.

I've used Terminix since 2000. We were very disappointed in their tenting service for termites, attention to detail, and lack of management. My wife and I were staying at a friend's house while they did the tenting, and when I came home the house wasn't aired out. I had to get exhaust fans which cost me about $100 each to get the gas out of my house. The manager came out and did nothing to make it right. I wrote a letter to the home office and they told me that the manager would be reprimanded. The only reason I'm still with them is because they have good service people and the warranty.

It was good. They arrived on time and we do not have pests.

Hopefully they won’t have to treat it for anything.

I have been satisfied with them. They took over for the company I was using so I've been using them for 6 years. A girl comes and does it. She is quite thorough and she sweeps down my front porch to get rid of any spiders. I haven't compared their prices so I would consider it average.

They seem effective. It is convenient. The technicians seem to know what they are doing and are very polite and professional. I am on a yearly program and have been for sometime. It costs about $340 a year. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are reliable and consisteance. There are no tact on charges you pay for one year and that all. If you call for service they will come out. They don't overuse the spray, they don't go overboard with spraying they do what they need to. I would recommend them.

The quality is good and I will use them again in the future.

They are terrible. I am planning to discontinue their service. They came to give me an estimate on the yearly service and for termites. They gave me a false report. They said I had an infestation of rats in my attic, which wasn't true. The lined me up with a really big bill. I gave them a deposit, but when to the bank the next morning and stopped payment. I wasn't thoroughly satisfied he had spoken the truth to me. I got other estimates, which were all lower. The ones who went up there said that they found no infestation. I actually had no more trouble with rats. We asked them to come because we heard noises in the attic. They set traps, but never caught anything up there. The guy came with his pad and a whole line of things laid out for me for over $5000. to do to do a complete de- infestation of the rats. We thought we saw some droppings, but as it turned out, there was a frog in our house. I had three days to cancel, so I went to the bank and stopped payment on the check. I called Terminix and told them I didn't want the service. We are ready for our yearly, but before they come back, I am going to cancel my annual contract. If you want to keep business, you have to be fair, honest, and truthful with people. I do not want Terminix out here. The overall experience was poor. They price and quality of service were poor. They were responsive and professional. They have one guy who comes out and we like him. The supervisor is the one who said we had a rat infestation, but he never came out or went in our attic one time.

Their price is comparable. I give them an "A" overall and I will continue to use them in the future.

They just informed us the last time they were out here that they have a new office in Lakeland. The person who came out was very professional and very good. She said that everything looked great. When we first got them, they went around the whole house, trenched and put stuff in the ground. The overall experience the last time we used them was excellent. They didn't really have to do much except check, they said everything was good. So I would say the quality was good. We really haven't checked much, but what we liked about them is that they are reliable and they are always checking it. Their responsiveness is very good. We will continue to use them in the future.

We are still in the process of resolving the issue; it is better but not completely eliminated yet. I can get a hold of them when I need them and I am satisfied with the results so far. I will continue to use Terminix.

I have not seen any spiders sense I have used them. I think that their price could be a little less because they keep raising the prices. I have used them for long time, and I am happy with their services.

Terrible customer service. The latest, they did not show up at all. After calling their office, I never heard back from them - until I cancelled their services and requested a refund of prepaid contracts.

It went really well. I have used them for a long time. I really like their service, their price, and their employees are very courteous.

They do good quality and are reliable. They come out if I call or have a problem. I will continue to use them.

We have used them for several years. They spray and they check for termites and drill some holes and put some chemicals in the ground. We had some fruit rats get into our attic and they came out and got them out for us. I don't think they are spectacular, but they are steady....they don't go beyond what other companies do. We will use Terminix in the future because we know what we can expect from them, and if we hired another company we would not know how or what they would do.

They do an excellent job and they are very thorough. They are punctual, informative and knowledgeable. They make sure they discuss the chemicals to make sure that you won't have any sort of reaction to it. They just provide excellent customer service.

They are doing a great job. They do what they say they are going to do. In Florida, we have a problem with palmetto bugs and sometimes cockroaches. Any time I find or see a bug in my house I just call them and they come back for no charge. It has only happened about once or twice in the three or four years I have had them. The only other bugs I have seen in the house are dead bugs. They come out every six months.

We have been with them for quite sometime and are under contract with them. They do a great job.
