Terminix - Tampa -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: This was our usual yearly Termite inspection. The first inspection was just on the outside and they had to come back to do the insidel It is often a bit of a challenge to get to the right office to schedule an apptmt according to my schedule but they are always courteous and professional. Would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Termite protection. Have used Terminix for many years and are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Quarterly in house treatment. They treat outside perimeter of house for insects and have been pretty effective. Nothing is 100% ,but we have been happy so far with service.

Description of Work: We have a termite bond with Terminix which we pay for annually. Terminx takes it upon themselves to just show up to do the inspection. We are not notified in any way. What we have experienced in the past is we are either not home, or we have a situation where we can't let them in the house, so the only inspection we ever get is the outside inspection. This happened again this year. My husband submitted a formal complaint with Terminx (which he has done before) about the lack of notification. Terminx doesn't even have the decency to respond.

Description of Work: I have a contract with them for the pest control and for the termite bond on the house. I have been a customer with Terminix for over 20 years. They are a very good company to deal with and always show up on time. Never had a problem with them.

Description of Work: I renewed my annual termite protection plan. They scheduled an appointment for my annual termite inspection without contacting me to see if it was convenient. I had to reschedule it. I used their online service. They rescheduled it again, so I called and rescheduled it at a time I could be there. The inspector finally came and did the inspection. He did not seem as through as some of the others I have had in the past.

Description of Work: They have been very accommodating. I was going to change services because a relative works for a competitor. They worked with me to keep my business. Service has been satisfactory.

Description of Work: I have a termite bond with them. They come out annually and do an inspection andtake care of any problem I may have, in deaking with the presence of termites on my property. The termite bond was part of the deal for me when I bought my house in 1997.
