Description of Work: I own a wood frame house, so I have always maintained the termite bond on the property. Terminex comes by annually and examines the perimeter, exterior, and occasionally the interior for any wood boring critters. |They have always done a good job, and hopefully there are no termites or wood ants in the house or property.
