They've been fairly good.

They were okay and they did it in one day and they are responsive and professional and I would recommend them. I would say the price is worth it because I have a wooden house with termites.

Great. Edward Dorr is the employee that treated my home. Explained all the products, do's & don'ts with the dogs/kids etc. 1 month after initial spray, started seeing a lot of palmetto bugs. I called Terminex and they sent a rep. within 2 days.

They make appointments and I've never had them not keep an appointment. I've always been pleased with the service. In fact, I had the bi-monthly pest control service yesterday and I explained that I had dry wood termites. That was not his area, but he reported it to the office. Another technician came this afternoon and inspected the termite tunnels and told me they were current. He said they could just spray the attic for $900. The above cost is per bi-monthly service. The only reason I gave them a B overall is because they often change technicians, but I do like all of the technicians. Originally they used to come at a specific day and time, but now I just have to wait for their card or phone call.

To my astonishment, a woman at a Terminix call center in Tennessee called me before 9 a.m. and started dunning me for the annual termite fee of $199. When I checked and made sure it had been paid by electronic bank transfer well ahead of the due date, the Terminix call center demanded I prove it. I went ballistic. It turned out they billed separately for termite and pest treatments, using different account numbers, and woe betide the poor customer who does not know that. They kept insisting "There is no record of a payment." Ultimately, of course, after several bilious phone calls, they acknowledged they had received the payment. It wasn't the local office that did it, but Terminix is now part of a big buyout firm and their notion of customer care leaves much to be desired.

I am glad I got an estimate from them. Nothing bad to say. Always get a few estimates.

They all seem to be professionally and I rarely know that they are even here.

Great! Our representative, James, trapped a total of 8 citrus rats that decided to use our attic as a home. We had just moved into the house from WI and were obviously surprised to find them. I called a friend who lives here and a neighbor and both recommended Terminix. They treat our home on a quarterly basis for most "critters" and we are very pleased.

We were happy with their service but we had asked them to come back out for a closing report. Even though we were an existing customer they still charged us $100. They come out three times a year and are supposed to call us to let us know when they will be here. The last couple times they've come they did not call to let us know.

I'm very angry with Terminex with their ignoring the replacement of my damaged rain gutter - it's become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Rainwater pours onto my steps. This has been going on since June, 1 2006. Not concerned about damages done to my property, lack of crew following safety code. A crew risked their lives taking down the tent during a severe thunderstorm with lightening striking all around. Needs to review safety rules/practices. Provide training to crew to respect home owner's property.

I was very pleased with the professionalism.

I've had the annual service plan for years and now they have increased the cost from $134 to $300- something with no justification. Plus they only come out quarterly instead of monthly so they do half the work for more money. I am not happy with their service, their kill stations have not affected the termites so I will not be using them any more. I would not recommend them to anyone. I sent in a letter and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond.

Sales person was on time and very helpful. I knew that I had termites but not what kind. He identified them as dry wood. The technician that did the attic fumigating and preventive for subterraneans was neat on time and worked hard. The pest control tech was also very thorough and on time. Price also includes three years of service on subterraneans and a year pest control.

Promptly returned call scheduled appointment for same day. Inspected & did not try to sell me services I didn't need. We signed up for an annual pest service to get rid of the ants. We had several kinds & after one application there has been a marked decrease in visible ants. Professional attitude was appreciated.

I am 100% satisfied with this company and their service. Educated me on every aspect of keeping my home clean and insect free. I will continue to use this service and will highly recommend them to others. They are very good at what they do, and completely stand by their work!! I am very impressed.

Very good - the presentation by Daryl Fielder was comprehensive and well done. He was available later for some questions we had and very flexible in meeting us. The office set up our treatment very quickly and met our schedule. The employee who applied the treatment was very polite. Overall, very good experience.

Personnel are very good and professional. They let me know what they were doing and left a written report. They phoned in advance to let me know when they were coming to do the service.

I was very pleased with Terminix. They were very nice on the phone and came out within two days to give me a free estimate. The representative was very knowledgeable about our situation. They performed an excellent job.

A SALESMAN SOLD ME A DRYWOOD AND SUBT TERMITE POLICY; SCHEDULED A TECHNICIAN TO DO THE WORK & WORK WAS NEVER DONE; I CALLED THE SALESMAN AND HE SAID HE HAD NO INVOLVEMENT AFTER SELLING THE POLICY & I NEEDED TO CALL HIS MANAGER. HIS MANAGER SAID THE SUBT TREATMENT WOULD BE DONE THE FOLLOWING DAY & IT WAS NOT. TERMINEX CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER RENDERED, SO I CANCELED BOTH POLICIES. THEN IT TOOK THREE PHONE CALLS AND A MONTH TO GET TERMINEX TO TAKE THE CHARGE OFF OF MY CREDIT CARD. ALL I RECEIVED FROM TERMINEX WAS A REALLY GOOD SALES JOB AND THEN NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND LIES FROM THE SALESMAN AND HIS MANAGER THEREAFTER. I REQUESTED THAT MANAGER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE 'FOUL UP', BUT HE SAID IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT OR RESPONSIBILITY. FOR A NATIONALLY KNOWN COMPANY I RECEIVED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE POLICY WAS SIGNED AND TERMINEX CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AFTER ADMITTING THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE WORK.

THEY TOLD ME I WAS FULLY COVERED. NOW THAT I HAVE TERMITES IN MY ATTIC, THEY SAY THEY ONLY COVERED SUBTERRANEAN. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT I WOULD NEED ADDITIONAL COVERAGE FOR THE ATTIC. WHAT THEY DID, THEY DID WELL. I AM JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT I COULD HAVE USED.

TERMINIX IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY APPLY ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED. THEY TOLD US WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHAT HAZARDS THERE WERE. THEY RESPECTED OUT WISHES NOT TO SPRAY WHERE THE PETS WALK. WE HAD THEIR SERVICE FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND ARE VERY PLEASED.

HE CAME IN, CHECKED FOR TERMITES SINCE SOME NEIGHBORS HAD THEM. HE WAS VERY PREPARED, DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING BUT OFFERED A CLEAR PROTECTION PLAN. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME JUST LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD. HE CAME BACK RIGHT ON TIME. TERMINEX COVERS YOU IF ANY TERMITES DO SHOW UP LATER. I WANTED TO COMMEND JIM FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB AND MAKING SURE THAT MY HOUSE IS SAFE.

IN 2004, WE DECIDED TO OBTAIN OTHER QUOTES. WE WERE EXPECTING TERMINEX TO CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR CONVENIENCE, AS IN THE PAST. INSTEAD, WE WERE GREETED ONE DAY WHEN WE CAME HOME FROM WORK WITH A BILL STUCK ON THE DOOR FOR $87.50 FOR OUTSIDE SPRAYING ONLY. MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AT TERMINEX TO CANCEL THE SERVICE IN EARLY APRIL RIGHT AFTER THE 3/30/04 SERVICE. WE HAVE SINCE THEN FOUND ANOTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANY WHO ARE WILLING TO COME IN THE HOUSE TO TREAT AND DO OTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR OVER A $100 LESS A YEAR. TERMINEX PROVIDED A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND THEY HAVE BEEN BILLING ME FOR $87.50 SINCE THEN. I'VE SENT LETTERS 4 TIMES REFUSING TO PAY AND THEY KEEP BILLING ME. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO SEND A NEGATIVE RATING ON MY CREDIT.

POOR SERVICE, NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. INADEQUATE SERVICE, MISSED APPTS.
