You must avoid this company. Every aspect of my bathroom re-tiling is compromised. Crooked cuts, uneven joints, broken decorative tile are issues left unresolved. Beyond the extremely substandard workmanship, I experienced a complete lack of respect for my property from beginning to end by most employees. When confronted with issues, the owner disputes fact, denies responsibility and blames anyone she can to deflect accountability. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see a rebuttal of this review. I offered to settle my issues monetarily, so that repairs could be made by another contractor, since she was unable to fix these issues when they were brought to her attention. She accused me of being a person who "doesn't expect to pay for everyone elses (sic) hard work." I found her to be untrustworthy, unprofessional and deceitful. Saying I am completely unsatisfied is an absolute understatement and I regret having not vetted her before hiring her.
