Description of Work: Jeff was the first contractor I dealt with as a new landlord in St. Petersburg. He was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We started out with a contract for monthly lawn care. As I live out of the country I put a lot of trust in Jeff and he did not disappoint. On the contrary. Jeff is very multi - talented. He ended up building a lovely wood fence around my back yard, did lots of tree removal, trimming etc. He helped me with some new window installation and found me a good renter for my house. He was so helpful to me in so many ways. He always did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His prices were very fair. I can't recommend him enough!
