+ -1 moreHaving left a message on Sunday evening about my problem with the garage door, he returned my call early Monday and came out in the afternoon to assess the situation. Our springs had to be ordered, but he was able to put in a temporary repair on the springs so we could still use the garage. - (My car is a plug-in hybrid so access to the charger was important.) They got the part in on the Wednesday and came out at the agreed time on Thursday to complete the job. They also adjusted the door and replaced lightbulb for me. I have used Safeway several times over the years and have been very pleased with their work and professionalism.

+ -1 moreMy garage door was not opening correctly and my remote would not operate at all. On Thursday, August 3rd, after checking BBB, Angie's List, calling several companies and speaking with a friend who had used this company before, I contacted Phil, explained my dilemma, and he set an appointment that was convenient for me. The appointment was on time, Jonathan was the installer, he listened to my concerns, checked the door over completely, explained what was wrong and gave me a very satisfactory cost estimate. He was very friendly and professional and had my garage door up and running in no time flat. Now my door not only works but it is operating smoothly and quietly! Both thumbs up for Safe Way Doors!!!

+ -1 morePhillip couldn't have been more professional or fair. He arrived right on time. Because we have an oversized garage door he had to leave and make a special trip to Lakeland and back to Winter Haven for parts. He replaced struts and hinges. We will definitely use him again if needed and recommend him to others . thank you!

+ -1 moreI really don't think I've ever hired someone with as much integrity as Phillip, the business owner. He came out and did the job, himself. He was thorough and described everything he was doing and why. He gave us a senior discount and spent much more time on the job than we paid for.
Description of Work: 2 springs and a difficult to access cable were replaced. General maintenance lube, etc. were performed. The cable was replaced while the door was under pressure and the cable he used was much more flexible than what was already there.
