+ -1 moreWe have just had an excellent experience with Ryals. One of our heat pumps would not maintain even a 78 degree thermostat setting on hot afternoons. We got the Planned Maintenance service on all 3 units. Ryals inspected and cleaned our units outside and in the attic, adjusted the ductwork air distribution, and replaced some capacitors that were showing very low voltages. They then came back and further adjusted the refrigerant and valve settings, and the ductwork. Ryals probably spent about 8 man-hours, with no charges other than the pre-agreed maintenance charges, and the parts (capacitors). Our systems are all working, and Ryals has a new customer.
Description of Work: Maintenance on 3 heat pumps. Cleaned and adjusted systems; replaced bad parts (capacitors).
