We came in and spent $17,000 purchased all of our flooring from Johnny at Ronnie's carpets. We were told that we would be kept abreast of all updates to the flooring that Johnny would come out and personally monitor and make sure that we got what we wanted which was a diamond checkerboard pattern in our master bathroom. This was the one thing that I wanted in my dream home the one thing that I splurged on. Johnny did not help us identify the flooring at all just basically was like "figure it out" which we did. He told us he would let us know when the flooring was in but instead we did not hear from him for 6 months then I walk into the master bathroom a few days later and find that not only is the tile laid down in a flag pattern not the diamond shape we wanted but it was also fully glued down with several issues with layout in q checkerboard pattern which was absolutely horrendous. We called and asked why we weren't kept informed about the delivery of the flooring as promised, why we never discussed the layout of the floors given it was a more intricate pattern? Johnny told me that it was not an intricate pattern and that it was very simple and now it's our problem. We're now paying $4000 out of pocket to correct the mistake that they made that one phone call one text or one email would have solved. We are honest and easy to deal with people. Johnny had to do no work and order to deal with us besides create calculations on how much of the less than 10 different items that we would need. They are now charging us for their mistake by requiring us to pay for more tile because all of the tile that has been glued to the floor improperly must be pulled up because it is such an eyesore (that everyone notices) and will be destroyed in the process as well as the labor to have new flooring glued down. You expect people to be honest and you expect them to do the minimum to have good customer satisfaction and they did not do the minimum. All they had to do was what they promised and a minimum of a question or mock up of what the customer was expecting. We are devastated and will continue to pursue action about their mistake unless they offer ANY level of recourse for their mistake.

Excellent, the installation of the flooring was first rate and the new baseboards look better than we could have ever imagined.

Superb. We worked with Peter, Sales Consultant. He helped us through the process of selecting the right type of hardwood, measuring for the removal and new floor, and pricing. We worked through several alternatives. Peter was very responsive in providing information to us. The crew that removed the old tile, which can be very dusty work, did a great job installing plastic to keep dust out of the areas of the house where tile was not being removed. They used vacuum equipment to minimize dust in work areas. The wood installation crew, Joe and Mike, were real craftsmen. They were neat, fast, efficient. They installed the wood using glue. After the wood was down, they installed shoe molding along the baseboard and t-molding where the new wood interfaced with tile. They cleaned up the entire area, leaving us with a new, clean hardwood floor that looks stunning. They even moved the furniture out of the work area, and moved it back in after the new wood was installed. We are extremely happy with the new wood floors. We compared prices with 2 other large flooring companies, and Ronnie's price was lower than both. Ronnie's service and installation was outstanding. We plan to install wood or carpet in the other 2 bedrooms, and will definitely use Ronnie's.

We had contracted with Ronnie's to have tile installed in 2 upstairs bathrooms. Installation was to be done Thursday morning 6-25-15. I called the day before to let them know that I worked nights and no one would be home until 8AM. I arrived home at 8AM. At 1030 AM I called Ronnie's to see if there was a problem. I was told that that morning the installer had said to the scheduler that they would be arriving around 10AM to 11 AM, so they should be arriving shortly. I recalled Ronnie's at 115PM when no one had showed up. I was told they would try and get ahold of the installers and find out what the problem was. Received a call back from Ronnie's stating that they had left a voice mail and a text message and would call back when they heard from the installer. At this point I called the Sales Rep and informed him of what was going on. He made some phone calls and called me back stating that the installer was on his way. The two young men that arrived then told me they would wait outside because they were going to have to wait for their boss who was bringing the tile, and grout. The job was suppose to take 2 days. At this point I made it known that they were very lucky because I had another company coming in on Saturday to reinstall new toilets, and that if I hadn't had the reinstall scheduled I would have canceled this tile installation. They then got back in their truck and left. Shortly there after they came back with their boss. Other than I'm sorry the only excuse he gave was that they were working. They unloaded the materials and the boss left. The 2 installers finally got upstairs and started in one of the bathrooms. I was working on my computer when they walked past me with the toilet they had removed and went down stars. After about 1/2 hour they had not returned. I went outside and the materials were in the driveway but the installers and their truck was gone. At first I thought they left to go eat. I called the sales rep and he told me to hold on a minute. He then came back on the phone and said that the installers had walked off the job. I said what. The sales rep said that the installers felt very uncomfortable being in the house due to their ethnicity. The only offer that was made was that I could keep the materials for my deposit, which I declined, and told them to come out and pick up their materials. Within 2 hours a Ronnie's employee was at the house with a check for my deposit and picked up the materials.

Over the last 10 years, I've had two positive experiences with them each time I'll be using them. The first instance, I had them laid down a carpet in one of our property. They did a great job. They sold me the right product. The cost was very reasonable. The second job was still in process. I had bought $11000 worth of flooring including an install from another vendor. The other vendor did not understand how to install properly the floor. So I have had uninstalled the floor and have it installed correctly. Ronnie is doing the reinstall and they really know what they're doing. The product I'm using is luxury vinyl tile and plank. The person doing the floor work is a maestro. The costs were reasonable. We're fixing the flooring phases because it's pretty much of an upheaval to pull off the whole flooring at one time. We're dealing it section by section. They have already done a huge section. The original vendor wanted to have an opportunity to fix it but they didn't really know what they were doing. I contacted the manufacturer and they said, "No that is not how you do it." They tried to make me feel like I was dumb which I'm not. I have Ronnie come out here and they brought their top floor guy, talked to him on the phone and their estimator. They were extremely honest about expectations and about what they could do. In fact, I think they were a little conservative. The results far exceeded our expectations.

I have an OLD frame house and Ronnie's did an excellent job at installing beautiful flooring. They were right on time and were very efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again!
