Scheduling is dificult, while they were here they did a good job. Polite and friendly. However, when issues arrose with installation, I spent more than 6 months trying to get them back to fix the issue.

Installed in Oct.2017. Had problems from day one. Screen keeps coming out on one side of track. Contact and the call you one week later for a service call the following week. Owner never came out to see what the problem is. Could be installed wrong as per the manufacture or manufactured incorrect ..each time they come out there is a charge. Waiting for a factory rep to take a look at it. Mad a 2nd call to them and was told they can’t come to put it back in the track until next week. Not once has The owner contacted me. Never again with them. I feel like I lost two thousand dollars plus service fees. Do not hire.

customer service was bad, communication was bad, they would show up without calling first, it took over a month to complete a 15 x 17ft porch. The extra time was fixing the poor work that was performed.

Installers were professional and courteous, worked quickly; very satisfied

They were extremely punctual, and helped to create a solution for a difficult problem.

They were suppose to start on the 9th but they got stuck on another job, but they still came and off loaded the material and spent some time doing some work they promise to come back early the next day .They showed up on time and started working right away these guys did not play around Loi and his helper,sorry I forgot the name answered all my questions allways polite they did a great job. THanks Mickey Flowers and staff for a good experience.

It took three (3) attemps to get the job done. The first repair attempt was on March 6, 2015 when they arrived on time and as scheduled, but did not carry any "round" spline of any size on their truck, so they said they would have to reschedule and they would call me back to do so later. (The round rubber spline is all that holds the screen in the frame channel.) About a week passed, but no one called me, so I called them back and the office apologized for not calling me and set up a new appointment. Two workers arrived on time on Mar 20 and completed the new panel repairs in about 45 minutes. Also, one worked reseated a plus 1 foot section of existing, loose spline on the top edge of the pool cage for me as a seperate item of work. I did not closely inspect their work (my mistake) and paid them a total of $ 215.50. On March 21 while I was cleaning the pool area, I discovered one of the panels they replaced had a 4 to 5 inch long cut in to the new screen fabric that was next to the frame. The installer must have accidentally made this "jump" cut while trimming the excess screen away from the cage frame. If left that way, this cut could grow in lenght due to wind loading over time and require replacing this panel much sooned than normal. I called Robinson on Mar 23 and spoke to Nick who stated that was not right, and his installer should have replaced it then. He would send a crew to replace the damaged panel they installed. The crew arrived on schedule at 8 AM on April 2 to replace the defective screen panel. However, they did not bring any new round spline with them so they used the existing spline from the prior install. I do not know if that is OK procedure or not. The job was not done 100 % correctly the first time, but Robinson Aluminum did attempt make it right when I notified them and I appreciate their quick response. They always came on time and as scheduled. However, it took almost a month and three seperate trips to get this small job done.

The quote never came and I spent several weeks trying to contact them and was ignored. I did get a message from sales person explaining what happen and if I was still wanting the quote to call back. I called back to voice mail and told them yes and never heard from them.....

I called them a week ago to tell them the room was leaking at the edge but I haven't heard from them yet. The job was done nicely but right now am having hard time getting some one to put shutters for me because of the design the room was built for me. They haven't done anything to the leak yet and the room isn't yet tiled and no lure yet. They overpriced me.

Did a very good job. Arrived as planned and on time, went about their business and got the job done quickly. The leaf guard system works very well, each spring when I clean them out they are full but water still runs through easily, they are super easy to clean since they do not attach at the top. Highly recommend this company and am considering calling them for a small gutter on the side of house.

Over a year ago Dan Hines came to my home and gave me a proposal on a screen enclosure (pool cage) of my 24' X 32' patio. At that time I was not financially ready to commit. Fast forward to November 2014. I called Mr. Hines and asked if he could still work with the original proposal or if he needed to send me another one. He said he would honor the original proposal so I agreed to have him do the job. He said he could have his crew come later that same week and it would be done in 3 work day. His crew came on the morning he said they would and in three days I had a beautiful new screened in patio. When they were gone you would think that the screen had been there all along. It looks perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. They did a great job and took care of every last detail. I did get several bids. One was lower but I didn't have a good feeling about them. The others were much higher.

I had other screen repair companies that wouldn't even take the time to come out to give me an estimate!!! Robinson's was very professional and went over and above to make sure I was happy. They left the place completely clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of screen repair or replacement service! Job well done! My place looks great again!

It took them 1 month to come out to install the gutters after signing the contract for them to do the work. When the 2 man crew arrived at 9 am, they were unable to start work because one workers didn't have his tools. So after they came back from going to lunch, they started putting up the gutters. They first used a pry bar to bend back the metal drip edge of the roof which made it look bad from the street. Not Happy! When he put the gutter around the back porch, he said he would put a bead of caulking behind it to prevent it from leaking. At the end of the day, they left without saying they were done or anything. Well, after the first rain, there was quite a bit of leaking and quite a bit over flow. Not Happy! I called the company about the leak problem and was told that the crew would be out in a couple of days to take care of the leaks. Nobody came and no one called. A week later I called again and I'm still waiting for someone to come out or to call back. Not Happy! Hopefully this just a communications problem and it will be resolved soon.

They are awesome, it was great. They were very punctual. They actually came in under budget. They were very professional coming and doing what they promised.

I didn't get other estimates since I have used Robinson's in the past and was happy with the work.

I had already had two companies (one also listed with Angies List) come out to determine the problem and what the solution would be. The first company wanted $350 WITH NO GUARANTEE; the second company (also listed on Angie's list) want $1250 to put on a rubber roof (which would be guaranteed). Dan Hines with Robinson's Alum came out, with his business associate and said it was probably just my gutters needed to be cleaned out - his associate got up on the ladder, cleaned out the gutters and said it probably wouldn't leak again and didn't charge me a dime - NOT EVEN A TRIP CHARGE. This is my second experience with Robinson's and THEY ARE GREAT!

When rescreening my patio, I discovered a lot of woodrot in my 30-year-old cedar patio enclosure. I called Robinson's for an estimate on replacing the structure below the roofline. Dan came over immediately to give me an estimate for the repairs. He was professional, polite, and efficient. His crew showed up a few days later and did all that was expected and more. They did an excellent job hauling away the old structure, and building me a new one. They were very polite and thorough, cleaned up after themselves, and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Robinsons Aluminum.

Our first experience was placing a request for estimate and having a scheduled onsite visit in on the second day. Dan Hines was very professional and personable. We discussed the options and he provided a professional written estimate along with a couple flyers on the company and products being considered. He presented color and product samples for us to look at as well. They were one of four bids we requested and while I believe one or two of the others may have done as good a job, Robinson's presented the best company image up front as well as the lowest price. It wasn't a hard choice to make. We scheduled out about 4 weeks to accommodate some other work we had going on. The office called on Thursday to confirm they were to come out the following Monday as scheduled. A good rain was forcasted and happened that Monday morning and they called early in the morning to indicate they were pushing the job back a day. The team showed up promptly as scheduled the next day and began working on the soffit and fascia replacement. I observed quality work and good attention detail as they proceeded on our installation that had many gabled roof peaks and many and quot;bird's nestand quot; corners as they called them. They cleaned up daily and left us with a good looking and refreshed home. The gutter replacement team showed up the day after the soffit team finished and did quality work as well. We had a minor issue which they addressed promptly. Bottomline: We could not be happier with the jobs and work performed by Robinson's Aluminum and will likely use them for future pool cage work that will need to be done. I highly recommend this company for their work on Soffit, Fascia and gutter work.

They were very punctual, and listened to my requests and even made additional suggestions. Dan was very cooperative and friendly. The office personnel were very responsive to our scheduling needs and went the extra mile to install the dog door at a time separate from the main work while I waited for the door to arrive. The improvised on the door by installing a "lock" on the door, which was not supported by the manufacturer, but they made it work! The work was impressive, and I would use them again.

They were AT LEAST $200-$400 BELOW the other bids and provided excellent service and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. I have another project I want to do in the Spring and will most definitely call them first

They were professional, prompt, did the job in one day, and let us carry over the bill until the next pay period. Their advice was invaluable on what needed to be done, and they did not oversell the job.

They were very accommodating and the price is very reasonable.

Start to finish: They took measurements; later came back with the proposed cost; obtained permits (3 to 4 weeks); scheduled dates to start work and provided a detailed schedule for what was to happen during each step of the process and on what days. I have no complaints and the end result was refreshing.

The work started on scheduled date and the work was done in an efficient and timely manner. All materials and equipment were cleaned up and put away each day. I was contacted several times during the installation to check if I was satisfied with the work as it progressed. One existing problem with the drip edge on the roof was solved by General Manager Dan Hines by suggesting installing gutters across the front at a very fair additional cost. I was very pleased with all of the work and the professional manner of the company and its employees.
