Rob Pearce Construction

Description of Work: Horrible service - Horrible dependability - and lack of quality craftsmanship. Lack of detail and lack of ability to complete a remodel with expertise, timeliness, and understanding. Also portrays themself on their website as a two person operation with Rob J. Pearce and Robbie Pearce. Robbie Pearce has not worked with Pearce Construction for over two years and Pearce Construction continues to mispresent themselves as having Robbie Pearce as a part of the organization. We agreed to have a wall taken down and the cost was signed off for $7,000.00. After the wall was taken down and we were stuck we were told that the price would now be $14,000.00. When confronted with this Rob J Pearce said in front of three other people, "It sucks to be you." Great representation on a job wasn't it. Far too many problems to list. Recommendation: Don't Use or you deserve what you get.
