+ -1 moreLee Hucheson did an outstanding job getting the AC to work over night so tenants could stay in the home. He was very quick in arriving to temporarily solve the problem and very professional in completing the job the next day.
Description of Work: Made an after hours service call and connected 3 capacitors to replace a bad capacitor to compressor so that AC would work overnight. Returned next day to replace bad capacitor with the correct capacitor. Checked unit operation. Corrected wiring from the thermostat to the air handler on a 2nd AC on the property. Checked unit operation.

+ -1 moreThey didn't address duct work issues as I inquired about. They ignored issues concerning the air return. They ignored proper sizing for copper pipes. They completely removed 3 small trusts and one large trust and cut another trust to make room for the 4 ton air handler. See pictures for evidence and estimates for repairs. I have included pictures showing the damages and the extra costs to have things corrected.
Description of Work: They switched out a 3 1/2 ton air conditioner and air handler for a 4 ton air conditioner and air handler. Did a switch out without addressing other issues or concerns as I had inquired about / on.
