I had my porch re-screened and mobile home and cement driveway pressure washed. I also asked if he would mind also replacing my bathroom faucets. All the green is gone from my mobile, and the driveway and sidewalk are once again beige and not brown. He did a great job with the screens and cleaned up everything. The faucets, which should have been probably a 1 hour or less job, turned into about 4 hours, requiring 2 different trips for supplies (new water lines and eventually 2 new sinks) as the old faucets were corroded on and could not be removed and water lines were corroded. There was no extra charge (other than for the supplies themselves) for the complexity and extra time required, supply trips, etc. He made sure that things were done correctly and finished during the initial service visit and rechecked many times to be sure pipes were not leaking, etc. He definitely went above and beyond, and I will hire them again without hesitation.

They responded quickly and completed the work quickly. I explained I needed my wood fence gate repaired as economically as possible without a major cosmetic sacrifice. The gate was too large and heavy for stability. It was sagging and the hinges were overly stressed and it was dragging the ground. Richie split it in half and installed new latch & hardware. It works great and appearance at street view is the same.

Richie was very professional and worked extremely hard. The temp was 90+ and he worked for 10 hrs.

The man went above and beyond what I paid him to do.....very satisfied with the quality of work and would not hesitate to refer them to my family and friends , also would not hesitate to use them again, and Im sure I will....!
