PJS DREAM HOME CENTER

Total bait and switch. The home delivered was missing cabinets, fans - basically many things that were in the demo and implied to be included in the standard model. Sales person told us that all units were built with 6 inch walls.. not true - this model was built with 4 inch walls. Set up was a mess... mud everywhere - including on neighbors homes... I asked to have it cleaned up but I ended up having to power wash everything my self. Contacted the owner - he said he would make it right... never did - all he did was string us along with more lies. We would call him weekly and he would say stuff like - The missing cabinets have been ordered". Next call - "The cabinets are being delivered next week".. They never came. Finally we contacted the manufacture who said that Jerry Ping/PJ's "never" contacted them. We ended up having to deal directly with the manufacture dealer to get the missing things. PJ's lied at every step of the way - even lying on stuff they didn't need to or stuff that would have benefited them. One big screwup at every step. Some of the most dishonest people I ever dealt with. It's been 6 months and we are still fighting with them.
