Description of Work: I have used his services a couple of times. The first time he replaced an exterior light at dusk while being eaten alive by mosquitoes and he still completed the job. The second time I had him hang some lights inside.

Description of Work: Change out bathroom sink

Description of Work: Him and his helper replaced the hot water tank with a new one. They added a electrical conduit since it never had one. Also, shortened the water lines for the tank. Replaced water shut off valves for my washing machine. Mounted the electrical outlet for the dryer to a wall.

Description of Work: Can hardly say enough positive things about Phil and his brother, Tim. My wife and I had previously had two other people try and fix out irrigation system problem and both were unable to do so. Using Angie's List we found Phil and he and Tim made the drive, some 30 minutes or so, to our home in Davenport, FL on a Sunday morning to attempt to help us resolve our issue. They did not charge extra for a Sunday visit and both were knowledgeable and professional. It turned out the previous people were working on the wrong sensor as there are 4 separate sections to our sprinkler system. They knew which one was the correct one and very quickly found a split rubber gasket that was not allowing that section to turn off. They then drove about 6 miles to a local Lowe's for a new one but unfortunately Lowe's did not carry the part. Phil and Tim then said they could get the part at an irrigation place near their homes in Lakeland, FL and that they would get the part and come back Monday and fix it. They did exactly that and now our system is operating as it should. Phil and Tim also reconnected a water supply pipe that one of the previous people had left undone, reattached our irrigation control box to the wall as it had been somewhat unattached since we purchased the home, rewired part of the wiring in the box that was done wrong previously and of course fixed the gasket problem. We will definitely be using them again for any other issues that come up as well as a couple things, like painting, that we are planning for the future. They are simply "the best" when it comes to handyman work. Knowledgeable, professional and reasonable is what all handymen should strive for, which Phil and Tim have already attained in our eyes.

Description of Work: repair small drywall damage and give estimate on a few items around the house like the sliding glass door and the Garage door

Description of Work: Pressure washed deck and painted deck, installed patio pet door, cleaned gutters & sealed along with various other jobs from my to do list.

Description of Work: Install ceiling fan and minor cabinet work in kitchen went very well very satisfied

Description of Work: Found a persistent leak in a roof vent, repaired it. Changed A/C filter, replaced light bulbs in fixtures on high ceilings.
