Payne Air Conditioning Heating

They responded quickly when I called. They had to order parts, but were able to get them quickly and get the air conditioner working in record time.

I am going to be using them again the first week of November. I think the last time I used them was covered by warranty.

The original estimate process was incredibly easy, within an hour I had 3 estimates with varying seer levels. Out of 8 estimates from 8 companies I chose Payne as it had the most valuable option. I was able to get an install nearly next day, and it was done completely within 5 hours, and the installers were extremely polite and professional. I have yet to have any issues with the system, and have purchase the optional labor warranty in case I do.

After explaining we had No air conditioning they put us at the bottom of the service call list so we waited until mid-afternoon for a tech to show up. My husband told him the fan did not come on and even though the tech went to get a part he did not get a fan motor and then after the parts place was closed said "I should have gotten a fan motor". Now we are facing another night with no air and he did not know when a tech would be out to finish the job.

I'd give them all "A's" except for pricing and professionalism I'd give them a "B". I will continue to use them.

They are pretty good, I use them for everything. Only one guy said something stupid to insult my wife, which became a problem for me. But everyone else has been awesome. They even educate me on what happened, how to avoid it in the future that sort of thing. Generally the workers are excellent, good people.

I've been using them for 14 years. They're still running. The workers are professionals. They left the area completely clean.

Tim is a credit to Payne- he always showed care and thoroughness on the job, and made sure that the customer was completely satisfied with the work done. His professionalism and job skills are exemplary.

I called the office at around 7:00 PM - Craig arrived about 7:40. He spent about another hour rooting through the issues and testing both of the systems that I have and bringing the one back to life - he found a shorted low voltage wire buried inside my outside heat pump. I still have no idea how he saw it! Then replaced a fuse in the air handler that blew because of the short. He spent the time, worked efficiently, answered my stupid questions with good humor and left around 9:00. He also found that the previous owner of the house had a warranty with them (lucky call on my part to find the service company that had done previous work!) and was going to try to see if the warranty would transfer to us and stay with the house, so he didn't collect any money until, the office could figure it out. He didn't have to say anything and I never would have known about the possibility. Honesty and integrity are huge in my book. I will absolutely use Payne again! Thanks Craig!

Payne called me on hour before my appt and told me the tech was on his way. He arrived within the hour and quickly began working after I explained to him that my last service had me concerned. My reason for this was the tech from the other company told me i had numerous problems with my unit. I wanted a second opinion so called Payne. After performing my yearly maintenance, the tech told me there were minor things the other guy had done such as duct tape my cabinet door in the air handler. Payne fixed these minor things and told me my unit was in good shape for being as old as it is and keeping up with its regular service should give me several more years of use. The cost was $10 cheaper then the service last year and the peace of mind is priceless.

This was my first time using this company after using another company for many years. This company is absolutely awesome! The were punctual, calling before they arrived, went right to work evaluating the system. They did things to the AC/Heat system I hadn't seen done for awhile. When they were done, they thoroughly explained everything they saw both in the attic and in the portion of the unit in the back yard. We decided to replace a capacitor that day and to get an estimate on duct work repair/replacement. They cleaned up after themselves. The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgable. THANK YOU PAYNE!!!! They will be servicing my units in the future!

See above. Same job was completed in 08/2014 at same price. Also called Payne when I had no air and they replaced a part.

Dale was the service tech. Did a great job, was prompt and efficient. Will definitely call Payne back for maintenance in the spring. Was happy that they took care of the Honeywell 9000, which One hour AC couldn't do.

My wife and I are very pro-active to keep the cooling/heating system operating well. We have used Payne AC for 12 years. We had the home built 13 years ago. We have had only ONE expense in THE 13 this AC unit since we had the home built. I'd like to say have kept it up well ...but PAYNE AC did that. We were smart enough to hire PAYNE AC.

It went very well. He was on time, he inspected all of the parts of the air conditioning system, he cleaned the air filter and compressor. This was a standard inspection. I've had this company come two other times, and I have had a wonderful experience every time.

Payne was extremely responsive. I had requested Monday service on a Friday evening and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. I had contacted another "big name corporate style provider" prior to calling Payne. MISTAKE! Yes they showed up quickly but before the technician showed up they were already trying to upsell me before anyone showed up at my door. The technician did not appear to be overly competent. After a quick review he came back with a 900 estimate. Not feeling comfortable with the evaluation we called Payne who we found on Angies List. The Payne technician listened carefully to what we experienced with the air unit. The technician determined with were in need of freon. He completed his service and the bill was 209. Great service and performed only what was needed. Payne has won me as a customer!

Wayne gave a great quote on a great, new unit. Eric and Kevin were on time and finished the job within six hours.

I called Payne AC for a quote to replace the one I have in my 1925 historic home. A representative, was efficiently able to come the same day that I called them. Larry the representative was very courteous and professional. I have to admit that had I not received a quote slightly less expensive from a competitor I would have gladly picked them to replace my central AC. The quote was competitive, and I am sure that they would have done an excellent job as one can tell professionalism.
