Description of Work: The A/C tech had to reconnect the outside unit properly that was messed up from the previous clueless A/C dude from a different company that left my HVAC without heat and no A/C at mild temps and did not respond to calls when temps when below 40F. The A/C tech ran a few test cycles to make sure heat and both fan speed worked properly.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the work that was done. There was a scheduling mix up initially but they owned up to it. On the day of the install they were on time, very helpful in explaining the pros and cons on different aspects of the install. Overall I was very happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I did not have any problems whatsoever and will be using them for my yearly service. I forget the name of the part that needed to be replaced now but it was a simple fix. I was told lightning usually knocks them out.

Description of Work: My a/c condensation pump was leaking on floor. He found the problem immediately, showed me how to check so it doesn't happen again and only charged me for the service call, didn't charge any more. I would call Payne again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Replaced non-functioning AC . Also performed service on another unit at a different location. Cost of service was fair, but not at the low end of bids we received. Quality of service seemed good, but we are not qualified to evaluate in a technical way. We were satisfied and will use this company again.
