 + -1 moretThe planning stages were wonderful the staff helped with the design and suggested options . My only disappointment was when it was time to do a walk through at the plant city facility, the home was 30 percent completed and was a total waste of time. The company policy was disregarded and I have not forgiven them to this date, they knew better. The home was set on my foundation and the crew from the factory did the final finishing. We noticed the floor in the kitchen developed a slope in the floor and notified the factory. They sent an inspector over to evaluate the floor and he did not consider it a structural problem. We have lived here for three years with out any further concerns, very satisfied with the home.
Description of Work: Design home interior, select house plan customize interior and exterior to meet our needs. The home is 1680 square feet with open floor plan three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has an open floor plan in the center and bedrooms at both ends with large laundry room. We are very comfortable with our home of three years, and have no complaints after company corrected minor flaws after transporting over fifth miles.

 + -1 moreSO FAR IT HAS BEEN ACCEPTABLE, AND THEY ARE REASONABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE SO FAR TO OUR SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS. THE PRICE IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN I WANTED TO PAY, BUT WE ARE GETTING THE LOCATION WE WANTED.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A HOUSE THAT IS ABOUT 1700 SQUARE FEET.
