We hired Over Kill Custom Construction to replace the soffit and fascia on our house. They were professional, pleasant, and down to earth. They informed us of some damage on the roof that was caused from improper installation from another company. They could of just covered the damage up and not say anything, but they brought it to our attention which was great. We liked their work ethics so much that we want them to repair the damage and to replace some screens on our back porch. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased to talk to the Polk county building inspector while he was here to complete the final inspection he stated to me as he was looking at the plans and the work preformed and stated he was impressed to see construction work that actually matched the work plans drawn and submitted to the county. Will and Aaron gave me a start date and were here every day until the job was completed. My wife and I are very happy with our new Carport!! We highly recommend this company!!!

I hired Will and Aaron to install wood casement windows on my 1923 old house. Each window had to be trimmed and adapted to each window opening which was not an easy task. An additional window had a dry rotted area that needed to be cut and replaced. Will and Aaron did an excellent job working on these items. They were very professional, courteous and punctual.

Extremely professional and honest company. we werenâ t sure if we could get exactly the kind of cabinets we wanted custom made, but wills was very good at capturing every detail and me and my wifeâ s vision came true. Would 10/10 recommend this company and will definitely be having them do all my future home repairs and upgrades!

Will did a complete home remodel. They demoed the house down to concrete block and concrete floors. Completely tore out the kitchen and bathroom and remodeled the entire house and put on a tin roof. They also added a carport and screened in back porch. It looks amazing! From start to finish was completed on schedule and I have used them since on some smaller jobs and will be calling them in the future I am sure

They most definitely will be my go to company. I am completely happy with their work . Next project for them is to remodel my kitchen!!!

Will and Aaron did an amazing job building our fireplace wall. They were open to changes and ideas we made and were polite and professional. The quality and craftsmanship of our mantle and floating shelves they made were superior. Would highly recommend and use them again for any remodel work we may do.
