Superb customer service and work quality. Rates for electrical replacements are insanely high. I wanted to do other repairs but hold them because of the cost. They have a corporate app which gives standard prices for parts that you can get much cheaper in a hardware store. You can't distinguish between labor and part.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and informative. He arrived within the 2 hour window and performed the requested service. He was very good at diagnosing the problem. I appreciated that he arrived closer to the start time chosen on Home Advisor so I wasn't wasting my time waiting. I would use Mr. Sparky again based on this visit to repair my outlet.

Every technician sent to our house was informative, personable, and professional. The service was not cheap but the technicians did everything they could to make the experience worth the price.

The dispatch center needs to be more honest with customers. On the second visit, one of the dispatchers stated the technician was running a little behind and would be there shortly when in fact the technician did not arrive until over 3 hours later due to the job they were on and their location. Only after 2 subsequent calls was the problem resolved. No fault of the technicians and the work was done efficiently,

Walker was knowledgeable, experienced, and funny. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use him again. I rhought the company prices were high.

Great job, quick and efficient but a little more costly than others.

They were suppose to return on the following Monday and were a no-show. I canceled the remaining work and a rep by the name of Kevin wanted to argue with me. I do not argue, they lost over $6,000.00 on my project.

Changed the electrical box and panel and connected the pool system. On time, good workmanship. A bit pricey.

Price exactly what was quoted. Pleasent workers. Quality work.

The job was finished and I am very happy with it.

Well, we started a little rocky! Kevin was very prompt with his call and very prompt with providing a service tech to come and do the work. HOWEVER, the tech was not as sufficient as we felt like he should be. Kevin (the owner) on the other hand, was VERY customer service oriented. He worked with us to get the work done in a timely manor and at a VERY FAIR price. We will use Kevin in the future but be more specific for the tech we request. Thanks Kevin for your great customer service.

Awesome work and price!!! The guys that came out to my home not only suggested where to put the high hats, they listened to my needs. They were on time and courteous throughout the whole process.
