The job was done professionally and to my satisfaction by Brandon. The cost was probably about 20% higher than I would have hoped but I knew it would be high cost before calling the company. I will have no issue with calling Mr. Sparky again for future electrical projects.

The only. thing that I didn't like was that the installer did a complete overview of my electric system which wasted a lot of time. He installed 2 bathroom fans in my bathrooms which are great and work great.

They were punctual when assessing and completing the work. Workers were knowledgeable and neat. Very professional outfit.

Total fraud. Do not consider this company. I had a minor issue with a couple of GFI switches. They wanted to charge $350 including a new GFI outlet. I asked how much the GFI was and was quoted $150. The "professional" did a complete review (he advised it was included in the price) and advised me I urgently needed a number of issues addressed, including a new circuit board. Total cost would be $4,000 but they offered financing options! I took 2 independent assessments to validate the repairs and both advised me there was nothing required and I was being ripped off. I am totally disgusted as I trusted companies on Home Advisor would be properly verified. Based on my research since it is clear this company has tried the same with many other customers. Simply disgraceful and I now have no faith in the Home Advisor website.

The company did excellent work and they are customer friendly.

This a very professional company. They called and scheduled the visit to give me an estimate and/or do the job. Minutes later they texted me the name, phone number and picture of the electrician who was going to visit me. The guy came at the time he was scheduled. He was correctly dressed in the company's uniform, almost a navy officer. The estimates were provided as requested and only one job was done. The reason why I didn't hire them to do the other jobs is because they are extremely expensive. Changing a ballast was almost $200 and checking the outlets was going to be $400. I honestly thought I was going to pay no more than half of that. I think I would give away some of the 'nice' things they feature such as the uniform, the texting and others just to lower their prices. Anyway, I will ask my friends and colleagues to recommend someone more affordable to complete the other electrical jobs at home.
