Theyâ re efficient but quite expensive

Very expensive. They left huge holes in the walls, so I had to hire a handyman to repair. Also, relatively small job took several months because they bungled the city inspection paperwork.

The electrician was great and installed my light fixture with no problem

The first appointment they called and reset the appointment. The second appointment they came our to put a single outlet in and an outside cover for over $1,000.00. They left. When we had time we went to use the outlet and it was not the correct size (they had our cord so they knew what outlet we needed. I called back and they said 2 to 3 days and we said if they do not send someone back that day we will cancel their services. They did send him back he cut out the new outlet took it with him and said he would return the next morning between 8 and 9 AM. It was a no show and no call. We left a message and sent an e-mail to the company and they ignored both. I have put a dispute on my credit card. I would never use them ever!!

They are very dependable when it comes to showing up and being on time and the work was done right and very quickly. The only problem was in getting the permit. It took a long time to get finalized. But this is another contractor, found thru Home Advisor, that I will keep all the information on and will use again. In fact, I just did use them again last week on Friday, December 6th. When they came to meet the inspector regarding my new panel inspection, I asked them to give me a call because I wanted to get an estimate for another job. They called me back right away and sent someone out the following morning. I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. He told me they could do it that day. I wanted to do it but I said I couldn t because I had to leave by 3:30 for my granddaughters Christmas Pageant. He told me they would be done by then, that they would send a helper. I said ok if you really think you can be done in time. It was a lot of work. He was replacing 13 lights in the ceiling, changing out 11 outlets, adding an outlet and installing a surge protector in my recently installed panel. To my surprise, they finished at exactly 3:28. They will be my electrician from now on. I will tell you though, if you are looking for cheap, don t bother. They are a little pricey but the work gets done right away and it gets done right.

***BEWARE OVER PRICED*** Not worth the money! I felt taken advantage of and would never recommend this company to anybody. I was charged over $600 for 4 light switches that retail for $5 each. This was on top of the $199 diagnostics fee that I agreed to. Making total expense just under $900 to install change out 4 light switches. Their technician was friendly and personable, but regardless of the level of customer service and quality of work the price ruined the entire experience. Never again will I use this company of Home Advisor. This was a first and last for me very disappointed!

I hired them as they came with good reviews on this app. I have to say Yamer the technician was very professional and work very clean. My only observation is that the range of the price publish here was way off, the maximum publish here was $1,200 and my job was $1,650 after heavy discounts since I ask.
