Very competent electricians who are easy to work with

PROJECT: Replace outlet and install new fuse box. I found them to be very professional and customer service is the best. Job was completed in the time frame given. And it was an excellent , well done JOB.

When you hire Mister Sparky, you are getting top notch customer service. We ran into some unexpected issues on a big job and the regional manager, Yamer Sandigo, kept me posted on every step of the way and he went beyond to accommodate me and my family. In the past I have dealt with repair companies but these guys are great. The tech that responded, Jonathon, was very knowledgeable and they don't cut corners. I will definitely call them again. They do the job right. Thank you Yamer for all your help in guiding us through this.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and date of service occurred within a reasonable amount of time.

Professional presentation. Try to up sell you a lot. Installer is not the same person that gives you estimate. Extremely expensive in comparison to other electricians and other big company competitors. But they have a better warranty. But I guess you pay for what you get.

They came in time and explained all the work that they were going to do. After approval of the cost of work, they started shortly after and the work was done quickly.

Wow. 5 STARS! Mr Sparky Of Pompano Beach serviced my elderly parents home today and I am impressed. My interactions with this company from the get-go were just terrific. They were polite, responsive and on the ball from the very first communication. We talked to them by email, text and phone seamlessly. Both yesterday and today i received reminders about the appointment and today I received a picture of the technician who we should expect to arrive several hour before they rang the doorbell- so we knew who to expect. The issue was that there was no electricity in several outlets in the kitchen. There was a prior pest issue and the pest control company told us that the insects may have eaten through a wire. It turns out that it was just a tripped breaker. My elderly parents just didn't know how to check a breaker switch or were afraid to do it. Mr Sparky figured out the problem quickly- and fixed it. But the best part is that Mr Sparky did not charge my parents one dime. Not a service fee. Not a pandemic fee. No gas surcharge. NOTHING. The invoice said $0 due. When does that ever happen? Never. I am in the real estate business and I can tell you first hand that to find a company with a heart- that isn't a faceless, profit machine is next to impossible. No one seems to care very much about customer service anymore. This company obviously does. I could tell from the start that this was a family owned business that still knows how to do the right thing. They were terrific with my parents- and I am in shock about the price. It is very rare to see a company do the right thing these days--- and this is a company that did it. It will pay dividends to them. So they deserve a 5 STAR rating. And I am giving it to them. We will recommend them to our friends and family and we will call them every time we have an issue. We certainly don't expect this to happen again (a $0 invoice) but it harkens back to better days- when we were all neighbors and we all looked

Excellent service

Very expensive. Quoted me at 430.00 to change a hanging light outside and after telling them that is too expensive and told them I was thinking and would only pay about 150.00 they did it for 160.00. Makes you think. Also asked them to seal where they ran another project (running off a coax wire). They were confused as to why I wanted it sealed where it entered the house and they only sealed a few things not everything I asked which was only 4 locations where they ran the wire on the outside of the house.

They did a great job. Maybe on the higher dollar side.

David and his assistant did an amazing job. Very professional and pleasant. And they did the work quickly - they should change their name to mister speedy. I would highly recommend them and hire again

Great electrical work, but they were also installing an exhaust fan, and their ceiling drywall work was atrocious.
