We liked the technician who came out. Seemed very knowledgeable and took care of bugs.

If we have a problem, they will come out whenever we notice one. We priced a lot of companies and they were more than Massey. The people we bought the house from must have lived with roaches for a long time. It took this company a month to get rid of them. I would use them again. They were professional.

Great company. I had used them for several years and was satisfied with their service, but decided to have other highly rated Angies list companies quote. Massey was much better price and level of work performed and warranty. This is a large stable company. Some others seem very lightweight and if you have a problem, they might not be able to handle it (particularly termites).

Very rough start, poor communications and timing. Gentleman that assessed our property noted that extra hose was needed to reach the back yard. Came more than once without enough hose, and driver stated he was not aware of the need. Also had a vehicle breakdown according to the office which delayed service. Once husband voiced his displeasure with the service, things started to smooth out. They have been coming for a couple of months now and are flexible with the services to accommodate our dogs that need to go out every few hours. They let us know what time they are coming so we can work around the treatment.

We don't have any problem getting them out here.

I've used them for 8 years. My experience is marginal to good. You kind of have to stay on top of them in order to get the most out of their services. I pay about $100 a month.

I did not use them, but they were very nice. I just chose another service. I decided to contact them because of some other reviews on Angie's List. I decided not to go with them because we just bought a house, and I decided to stay with what they had. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in getting out here for a quote. They are very nice people.

They are awesome. They are timely, gave us someone know like annual renewal. I have read full of tips and I rely on them. But they are excellent to work with and have really good customer service, prompt, thorough, and all that. It is an annual visit for $90. I want to give them A's for everything.

I called as a new client. This man came out who was an incessant talker- I just wanted him to get the job done and leave. He also made me feel uncomfortable-I am a single woman who lives alone. He got rid of roaches and water bugs. Set and quot;trapsand quot; for these moth-like bugs. They proliferated. He came back. still no help. Called Massey and asked for new technician. He came out, did not remove these traps with dead bugs- they are too high for me to reach them and I don't and quot;doand quot; ladders. Now my ceiling is covered with these moth like bugs and I have a new little bug that gets in the freezer and is in my ice and ice water from the filter! They did a great job of ridding me of pests- like I am now a breeding farm for pests, thanks to them!!

Terribly. After 18 visits treating visible termites in the home, the local manager told me that they would not tent the house because (and this is a quote) and quot;because they would lose money.and quot; I filmed a termite swarm in my bathroom with my iPhone and sent it to the consumer advocate reporters at tv stations in the Tampa area. Less than 24 hours after the tv station aired the story the Vice President of Massey was at my house apologizing and offering to tent my house- which is what I had been asking them to do for a year. Note- Massey does NOT do the tenting themselves. They contract with a company called ICI that individuals can hire to tent their houses and not waste money on Massey. UPDATE- After I reviewed Massey on Angie's List I began receiving and quot;unpleasantand quot; mailings from them. After the first I began marking the envelopes return to sender. I don't need to relive my Massey nightmare, and am surprised Angie's List allows providers to contact customers directly when the customer has not asked for dispute resolution help.

I have an annual service with them for termite control. When I first moved in this house it had both kinds of termites three years ago and I have continued the service with them and been very happy with them. Their treatments are very effective and if you have a problem in between they come right out. I would continue to use them.

Massey Services Pest and Termite did a great job. We didn't have any problems with bugs and weeds. We've had them for years and they've been consistently reliable and good.

I like that it works, it is effective. They are very professional and courteous. They are cooperative.

I've been using their services for 10 years already. And I was surprised to find out that they do lawn services as well. They were very reliable they do what they're supposed to do. I also appreciate their liability coverage wherein any damages incurred will be covered by the insurance. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my lawn and will definitely use them again if needed.

American Pest Control was excellent, used them for over 10 years. My first contact with this company "Massey" was a phone call to see when my service would be done since we have a yearly contract. This is when I found that they were not American Pest Control anymore. The woman on the phone said that my contract didn't include yard spraying. I told her that I was holding my contract that I signed with them last May in my hand and I do have inside, outside, yard and inwall tube service in my contract. She said she would see why it wasn't in the computer....never heard back from her. Massey must have bought them out and they are horrible! We have a yearly contract which includes inside, yard and intube service on a quarterly basis The man that came out had a fancy uniform with a brush in his hand and said that he would first go around and brush down any spider webs or wasp nests....well there are still wasp nests.He then said that he couldn't do the in wall pest service because someone took the equipment he needed off of his truck and that he had other houses to do in my neighborhood the same week and he would be back....he never came back.I have called the office two times and my husband has called once, all with a promise of a call back from their "service center". ONE WEEK LATER, NO CALL BACK!We are cancelling our contract with them and I have appointments with 3 different companies. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this new company.

The sales rep was very nice and informative. They were quick, polite and prompt. They will even come back for free if there are any problems. I've enjoyed their services so far!

They were called American Pest Control earlier. They switched their name within the last year. I've always used them as American Pest Control and they were very good. This is the first that I've used them as Massey and there are some changes, and so I'm not sure how much I do like it now. I spend $475 on their services but that's to do my yard every two weeks. They do the inside once a year. I have a year's contract with them. Their price didn't go up when they changed their name. I think they're fine with price. The quality of American Pest Control was awesome but I don't know yet about Massey. This is the first time that I've used them since they changed their name. Their responsiveness is very good. They were very good with professionalism. I will use them again in the future.

I bought this house last year. They are a lot more expensive than the service they replaced and bought out. The house I have has termites. They do good work. I don't have an insect problem or anything. They check regularly. I just find them to be expensive. It costs a lot more than it used to.

They're responsible and responsive to the customer's needs. Very flexible.

Apart from the normal pests and termites, we also had two rats in our house and Massey Services Pest and Termite Company took care of it for us. They don’t charge anything extra for setting up a trap for the rats; it’s all inclusive in the quarterly fee that we pay. One of the things I like the best about them is that they don’t use any chemicals inside the house. All the chemicals are sprayed outside the house so, it is very pet friendly. I would continue to use their services in the future.
