First part of the job which was the inside of the shed was completed and he did a great job on repairing the damage from dry rot and termite damage. But, he did part of the paint job on the outside of the shed, but has not completed it because he was drunk and could not find the paint to finish it which was right there in plain sight. I have since talked with Millie and she is going to have someone complete it next week. She has told me she was sorry for the way Marcus acted and he will not be finishing the job. I was going to give him more work at my house, but because of his poor work ethics I will not be using him again. I will not recommend him for any work with anyone else either.

He was just awesome and the work he did was just fantastic. He did a very, very thorough job. He gave me a quote and he stuck by his quote. He was in Lakeland and I was in Apollo Beach; so we did everything over the phone. Then I met with him on a Saturday and paid him and looked at the results, and he met me out there. He was very accessible and was willing to work with me. I definitely had a positive experience and I would definitely use him again.

Marcus the handyman was on time and had a very good price for what he did. And he has a very nice family.

Marcus provided an estimate to do this work and also install the ceiling of the back porch. Millie, Marcus and a helper showed up to do the work. They installed temporary supports and removed the old 4x4 posts. Installed new posts and then disposed of the old materials and did an excellent job. The ceiling of the porch was installed using ?? plywood and the seams all fit perfectly.
