Excellent service Very professional & knowledgeable

Very professional, timely, and polite. Hiring again to mount tvs on the walls next week.

I was having this company install a Samsung 75 inch QLED Q70C Smart TV onto a TV Stand, a Samsung Q800C Sound Bar, and Samsung Wireless Rear Speakers SWA-9500S with two Speaker floor stands. The installer and also owner (Eric) arrived to my Home alone to do the installation. I helped Eric lift the TV out of the box onto the carpeted floor. When Eric was installing the legs of the TV, he broke off a piece of the plastic base where one of the legs needed to be screwed into. He didn't even apologize for it! Then, while he was drilling the rear speakers onto the speaker stand he stripped one of the screws! He charged me $125 to put a 75 inch TV onto a floor stand, and $50 to setup a Sound Bar. But, to charge me $125 to help him lift a TV onto a stand is ridiculous, especially when he damaged the TV in the back with one of the legs! My experience with Lopez Home Entertainment Services was far from superior service! I will not be using or recommending them to anyone!

Eric is a professional who goes above and beyond to provide courteous, expert service. After sustaining a flat tire on his journey to our home, he still arrived within good time. He installed an OLED unit in our home and moved the existing LED to a bedroom. The tile wall in our great room was more than difficult to drill. But when Eric was faced with needing to change the mount, he ran to the hardware, got multiple drill bits, reused the existing mount in our bedroom, installed a new great room mount and accomplished the whole project despite MAJOR obstacles and setbacks. He has knowledge, adaptability and determination. He spent time helping us with setup, etc. Eric was a joy to have in our home and a professional that can tackle the tough stuff! We highly recommend Lopez Home Entertainment.
