+ 0 moreWe had Lane come out to give us estimates on repairing two damaged vent stack pipes on our roof, and a damaged wood trim panel on the front of our house. During his first visit, he was very professional. He said that he would provide an estimate, which took him well over a week to provide. We thought Lane's fee for repairing the vent pipes was high, so we hired a different handyman to do it for half the price. Unlike Lane, that service provider was able to do his estimate on the spot. However, that handyman couldn't fix the wood panel, so we hired Lane to do that. He said he would be out in the next few days to take care of it, but never showed up. It's been several months since he made that promise.
Description of Work: Nothing. He never showed up to actually do the job.

Description of Work: Pressure washed drive way and sidewalk. Also pressure washed house (walls, soffits, and fascia). Sealed cracks and repaired any stucco issues. Painted house with primer and then final coat.

Description of Work: We've been very impressed with Gary's work. We initially hired him to pain our home. He repaired cracks, sealed, and painted the house, and it looks great. We then asked him to paint the interior and have again been very favorably impressed. He also possesses the 'handy man' skills that I wish I had! He has gone well above the call of duty, providing some emergency assistance to us. His prices are reasonable. I appreciate his communication with me throughout the various jobs as well. I will definitely be calling on him again.
