Jonesy's Fab 2 Weld

Stephen cut out parts of the rusted metal frame under my trailer and welded fresh frame sections, and supports for the floor of my enclosed trailer. The work was outstanding and the cost reasonable. I would highly recommend Jonesyâ s welding and fabrication to anyone needing quality welding and fabrication work near Lakeland Fl.

I regret to inform you that the porch construction project undertaken by the aforementioned company did not materialize as anticipated. Despite approving and settling the estimate, the proprietor, Steve, failed to commence the work. The building materials were delivered and remained on the driveway for an extended period. Excuses were offered daily, but no progress was made. The situation escalated when the local code enforcement intervened due to the absence of a valid permit for the project. Consequently, I was compelled to terminate the project and have the building supplies returned to the home improvement store. Regrettably, the owner exhibited unprofessional and untruthful behavior following the project's cancellation. Despite not initiating any work and having all materials returned, he declined to refund my payment. As a result, I have sought legal counsel to recover the funds. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against engaging this company for any future projects.

Steve was very professional and consciences about the welding he did for me. Took great care in protecting my RV while welding a hitch on. Steve even called me over to show me the hitch was level. Very reasonably. Job well done and I would hire them again in case heart beat.

I gave money for a job and had to call continuously for him to come after several weeks he showed up and didnâ  t do the job. Bad attitude

Booked four to five different times since July only to be stood up and told money is the priority for his jobs. Ignores you if a higher paying job comes through, no call/no show then is VERY unprofessional once you ask him what happened. I will NEVER deal with him again for anything!!

He did an Awesome job on fixing a botched crotch job on my truck and saved me a lot of money.

He may be a great metal worker, but he assured me he had wood replacement experience. I believed him(I know, a welding shop for woodwork), he gave me what seemed like a fair estimate for the work. As the work progressed, I saw one screw up after another. He replaced a rotted facia & soffet. The facia is about 2" too short, with a gap where the 2 pieces meet in the center. There are wide gaps around the soffet, sides & ends. The drip molding is pulled away & bent up & 2 corners cut. I now have to repair what I paid to have done to get rid of a lot of places that will allow leaks. If he was honest about his wood experience up front, I would not have hired him. He apparently needed the work and I came out on the short end. Bad experience. He has a nice truck, trailer & tools, but lack of experience. Before he left, he cussed me out to high heaven and played the victim. I'm 86 years old and used to do my own work, I just can't physically do it now, I hope he does well with his shop, as a metalworker / welder though.
