Khaled did what my husband and i thought was IMPOSSIBLE! We own an Airbnb in Davenport and live in Oxnard California. About 2 years ago, we had a Schlage deadbolt with the keypad installed so that we could access and remotely change codes for new guests. Upgraded Wi-Fi was installed in the property which kicked our lock OFFLINE. It seemed hopeless—how would we connect to the new wifi—from CALIFORNIA!? Khaled took care of everything and miraculously I am able to access my Schlage lock again. THANK YOU SO MUCH KHALED. We are YOUR customers FOR LIFE!

Called in afternoon the day before the 4th of July and they came right out. No problems and done in 10 minutes! He was all paid and gone in less than an hour.

I wouldnâ t recommend this company to anyone. In the beginning, it seemed like a good idea they came out to handle a simple changing of locks and deadbolts. Afterward, I noticed the strike plate on one of the locks was loose and the screws were coming undone. I call their customer service line the rep tells me someone will reach out, they did not. I get in contact with them again a technician reaches out tells me to send my address I do but never got an estimated time of arrival. I call the technician back he tells me he will be by the next day at 10 am he never shows up does not call. I get in contact with customer service again to set something else up which doesnt seem to be producing any results. Long story short this is the worst experience I have had in quite some time and I donâ t understand how a company that has abominable business practices such as this is still around. The problem still isnâ t fixed and I have been going back and forth with them for three days now and it is infuriating. Avoid this company at all costs! It is not worth the headache trying to get them to fix what they did not do properly the first time.

Was very good but needs to work on their receipts. They did an excellent job but does not write a paper receipt and have not receive the email that was promised.
