Everyone at Gilileo was helpful and they were able to get out to the homes and give us estimates quickly. Their pricing was generally lower than a few others roofing companies we use. The work was done as scheduled and there was minimal hassle for the tenants.

They redid the vents and roof still leaked. They came back and this time slopped tar under some loose shingles to fix the real problem. I wasn't around so I trusted them but I saw what they really did when I came back to the house. Looks like **** now and I bet the vents were just fine to start with.

I would never hire Mr. Michael Gilileo again!!! He doesn't return calls or follow up!

Originally, we called Gilileo Roofing to give us an estimate on some soffit repair. Their estimate was $1250. We agreed to that so they came out that week. However, they found that our lanai roof was leaking and needed to be replaced. Also, we were getting water dripping into our lanai from the adjacent garage roof so that had to fixed. The next estimate entailed more soffit repair, a new rubber flat roof, four new skylights, and roof drainage repair over the garage. That estimate was $4550 which we agreed to. Mr. Gilileo asked for the check for the original repair work which we gave him that day. The workers came out that week. The roof repair worker had to come back after his first repair did not work. The carpenter who fixed the soffit left off trim. He also did not seal or caulk or paint the new soffit. This was not addressed in the contract. The work crew came out and put up a new flat roof the following week but they left the existing skylights in. A day later Mr. Gilileo called and asked for the final paycheck telling us that the skylights would be in that week sometime. That was on April 7, 2014. Since then we have made numerous calls to them and were told that they weren't in yet. On June 20, I called Mr. Gilileo to once again inquire about the skylights. I was told that they had just come in and they would install them the following Monday or Tuesday. We waited all the next week - nothing was done, no phone calls explaining delay. I called again on June 30 and was told by Mr. Gilileo that something came up last week but they would definitely come out this week and install them. Nothing was done that week, no phone calls of explanation. My last phone call was on July 10. I talked to a secretary(?) who didn't know anything about the situation but said she would look into it and get back to us that day or the next. It is now July 16 and we have not heard from her or Mr. Gilileo. I would NEVER EVER use this company again!!! There was no level of professionalism, no communication, no explanations of delays, and I am guessing that the skylights never came in at all!! At this point, we would just like our $600 back that we paid for the new skylights. Mr. Gilileo has made no attempt to communicate with us at all to offer any explanation for this delay!

I was just talking with a friend who is having a really bad time with a roof company. It made be start thinking of how pleased we were with our roofer back in 2007. GILILEO ROOFING was recommended to us when we mentioned we were going to need to get a new roof. We got two estimates and their's was cheaper and knowing how they were recommened we went with them. They were just great! They had many guys working and each one had there own jobs to do. They replaced the rotten wood and had the new roof put on in two days. Our home is a little over 2500 sq ft. They covered all the scrubs while they worked and picked everything up before they left. The men couldn't have been harder workers and left everything very clean. The guy even took money off our final bill when they didn't need to use as much wood to replace the rotten work as he expected. Couldn't have found a better company. We later recommened them to a condo complex who used them and they too were as happy with them as we were. Highly recommend. The guy we used name is Ray White, 727-723-8581. Don't know if this guy still works for the company but the workers were GREAT!
