+ -1 moreThey didn’t show up to the scheduled service appointment twice. This company was bought out by Precision Garage Doors a few months ago and obviously they are struggling to keep the business going.
Description of Work: I️ called them out a few months ago to repair my gate motor and my gate access/call box. They fixed the problem but charged me just shy of $500 for less than 2 hours work and no parts. I️ was ok with it though because they fixed my problem. More recently I’ve tried to get them to come out and fix the access/call box again which stopped working. For 4 weeks I️ called them repeatedly to schedule an appointment and was told multiple times someone would call me back but they never did. Twice when I️ was actually able to make an appointment with them and stayed home to meet them they stood me up. Again I️ was told that the technician would call me back to reschedule but that never happened.
