Description of Work: We found a small leak that turned into an entire house renovation. Doug Evangelisto came to our rescue. The house was built in the 80's and needed some work anyway, so the leak motivated the project. Doug did everything from tear out cabinets, electrical, plumbing, replace doors and windows, basically gutted the old house and started new. He stayed very much on schedule (both monetarily and timely)was very professional, and has a very reliable and professional staff. We plan to use him for the back/guest bedrooms and hallway. We cannot say enough great things about Doug.

Description of Work: As promised, He arrived on time but with his young daughter. He did a walk-through of our upstairs. He gave us the estimate first but I had to ask him for the plan. He also examined our kitchen and promised a quote for a face lift. I asked his staff for it twice and still have not received. Must be he was not interested in that work. So I came away thinking if I wanted to spend 17k he would be glad to do the work but he was not really interested in a $10k one.

Description of Work: They replaced countertops. Doug's guys did an absolutely superb job. The countertops are beautiful. They had two gentlemen working and one of them had been doing this for 30 years and it is just gorgeous.

Description of Work: First, let me say that for some reason Evangelisto Construction didn't come up in my search on Angie's list...we found him through a referral. We contacted Doug for an estimate on a kitchen remodel...we had gotten an estimate from Home Depot and a business we found here, Upright Remodeling. Doug by FAR had the best quote and was flexible on start time. Doug and his crew are very professional, but also friendly. He uses a small crew, so you get to know and like them. While it is hard not to have a kitchen for three weeks and to have people coming everyday ...the point is they DO come everyday! They actually show up when they say and clean up,as much as possible every evening before they leave. I can not stress enough...these guys are great! I love the quality of the work, which is ALMOST completed! It would already be completed except, I was late ordering some of my appliances AND I pulled him off to help with a job another guy had messed up! The only job he used a subcontractor for was my counters...CONCRETE! He brought in Riko Ramas with "in with the new" of Central Florida! I have wanted concrete counters forever! Now I have counters and double sinks in concrete...I love them! Riko listened to what I wanted, helped me decide on colors, etc. they are gorgeous! Riko introduced me to his partner, Clem @ Visual innovation and I ended up doing my backsplash behind the stove with glass and LED lights! We replaced all cabinets, counters, changed the footprint somewhat, lighting, backsplash, range, microwave drawer in kitchen...fixed some problems with our new cork floor in our living area, removed our front doors to replace the threshold (a big job)...repaired ceiling in our garage from old water damage and repaired some of our homes trim outside and still was under the bids we got from the other contractor.

Description of Work: My husband and I contacted Evangelisto Construction for a remodel of our master bath. He and his sub contractors did a fabulous job! We were very pleased with the whole job. He called and came back when the job was completed to see if there was any problems and to see if there was any thing else he could help us with. Loved the honesty and respectfulness he and his workers showed. Could leave my house at any given time for an appointment and the integrity was there for my property. We were so impressed with his work, that we hired him to do our roof. Excellent....Excellent job, through the beginning, middle and end. Made sure my property was left free of nails and any other waste. Was truly impressed by his company, and would recommend his company to anyone.
